Able Heating & Air

Able Heating and Air has been servicing my units for years now and I always have such a positive experience with the scheduling people in the office and the techs that come out. Today, I had Destiny and Eli for my bi-annual maintenance. They were both timely, friendly, polite and professional. I was super excited to see a woman technician and it thought it was even better that she had an installation specialist (Eli) along with her to learn more about the maintenance side of things. They worked very well together. It was such a positive experience that I actually finally agreed to go ahead and get the duct cleaning Abel has been recommending for years. I've been in the house almost 20 years and never had it done but here I go :)!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! The technician visited our home on Monday evening to assess our system and discuss our options. We signed the paperwork Monday night and our new system was installed and running by Thursday afternoon. The price was a little higher than I expected, but the service was second to none and totally worth it.

Great service all around. Came out next day even earlier than original appointment. Very knowledgeable and informative about our system and the best way to maintain.

Riley W. Was our tech, he was very knowledgeable and helpful, he checked the whole system, explained how it works and showed what the best set up was, he even got on the phone with the manufacturer of our unit just to set up an app for us to control everything!

Arrived at my home within 2 hours of calling to get serviced. Tech was great and took time to explain all of my options and did a great job of informing me of their service packages without being pushy. Completed the entire job and had my heat pump operational in about an hour. Will use again and definitely recommend.

I love this company. Everyone who works there is so nice and so accommodating, and they're always knowledgeable and do a top-quality job. I've had them install a new heat pump and hot water heater at my house, and they do the regular maintenance for both. I appreciate that they always show up on time and call when they're on their way. Another great annual service call! I like this company's upfront no nonsense approach. Professional and did not waste my time. Clearly explained the health of my system (with pics) noted things that I may need to watch and then they were on there way.
