My phone just quit doing anything that required cellular data- no texts, phone calls, gps didn’t work- it was terrible. Sam greeted me when I walked in, and within 10 minutes everything was up and running. Thank you!

Freddie and Jonathan were both great. My Husband and I purchased the night hawk wifi router. The setup process was very fast and simple. Freddie offered several options to receive discounts toward out monthly bill. He was very knowledgeable about the device to make sure it fit our needs We live in an area where there is very limited internet providers. Since I work at home I need a reliable internet connection. So far so good this little hotspot/wifi router is working great. My husband has not used it for his PS4 gaming online but hopefully it will work. Thank you Locust Grove at&t store!

Elizabeth at locust Grove Virginia store juggled numerous clients by herself. Very personable. Knowledgeable and friendly. Not once was she hurried or neglectful of any of us. I watched her closely. She’s gracious and I bought the phone, upgraded my plan and am totally satisfied by her. You need to pay her more ‼‼‼

My IPhone 11 was seriously damaged, traded it in for a IPhone 13, $300 credit on the 11. Dropped off the old phone and they did the transfer of my information to new phone-$5.00 mo. VS paying outright!! Customer Service was awesome

Bought a wall plug for my new phone from here today (7/11/2021) and had an awesome experience! The gentleman at the store (according to my receipt his name was Matthew, I hope that's correct) was very friendly and helpful. He was able to identify what I needed right away and made sure I got the best discount possible. Highly recommend, would defiantly shop here again!

Freddie and Matthew were very helpful. I went in with every intention of getting my own phone plan, but ended up staying on the one I was already on. We got a great deal, and I was even able to preorder an iPhone 13 pro max at an amazing deal. Will definitely continue going to this location in the future.

Matthew and his rep Colby were the best. Walked in with a full store, only waited 10 minutes. All my information was transferred and I love my new phone!

Matthew is an outstanding young man. He listened patiently to a retired, old fashioned couple, and guided us to a simple iPhone with a large “start” button, and recommended the lowest priced plan that will easily meet our needs.
He also instructed us on how to delete the many applications that we would never use.
He quickly ported our existing phone number to the new phone, and we are all set !

The only reason for 5 stars is because of Freddy! That kid Shane that works at the store is very short with customers and you can tell he's just about selling and not helping you
