Loved the service an the breakfast croissant with sausage egg and cheese were delicious

This place is very clean. Service is good. Staff are very nice. Be patient with them, this place is new a most are learning. But overall I like it. Will be a returning customer.

Excellent customer service tonight!! We pulled up 30 minutes before closing and got our drinks. We left and got gas and my friend then realized she forgot to ask for Carmel in her coffee. We pulled back up 2 minutes till closing and explained how she forgot to order it Carmel and they made her a brand new one!! No question asked best customer service !!!

Ok so we're just not gonna mix the coffee and sugar in the cold brew? Oh ok... warmer doesn't warm the doughnuts that's cool... 👌 yep. Oh I see drive thru takes priority over the dining room, sweeeeeet! Everything you're handing me is cold even tho I ordered it 5 secs ago? Amazin'!

Today there was a miss communication on my order and the sweet girl up front had NO ATTITUDE and was completely understanding! I simply told her what I was expecting and without hesitation she willingly fixed my order for me with a smile the whole time! Love the customer service!! Highly recommend!!!

I visit DD pretty regularly for my egg white veggie omelette​ on an English muffin and an iced coffee. They always make everything perfectly and are very pleasant! Of course, the donuts are an added bonus when I want to put smiles on the faces of my family or co-workers! Great variety and always fresh!

Everyone there is so nice and kind. Service always excellent. I would know because I come there everyday and sometimes on Sunday. I have never told them but the reason why I come everyday is when we moved to Smithfield a few months back I brought my 85 year old grandmother there to visit us and she said let’s stop at Dunkin Donuts. She was hungry and she said let me try the croissant and sweet tea. She said they had the BEST bacon, egg and cheese croissant she had ever had. And she said they make good sweet tea like she used to make. So every morning before I go to work I stop and get her a croissant and always a sweet tea with lemon and take it to her in Hampton. Some mornings she might not be feeling her best and I can walk in with that bag and tea and she sure gets up and gets moving. So for that thank you so much for making my grandmother’s day Dunkin’ Donuts of Smithfield. God Bless you.

I absolutely love the people at Dunkin here on Carrollton blvd. always super friendly and when they make a mistake they make sure you come back satisfied! Nice people and positive energy is what we need nowadays. And Dunkin has it!

Had an iced coffee and turkey sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin. It was better than what you get from McDonald's or Hardees. This location has a nice, clean sitting area and free WiFi. I had never considered DD whenever I wanted a quick breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised.

The staff is always friendly. I haven't had any issues with my online order and if there ever is one they make it right!

These people in there were dynamite today, excellent customer service and quick. I don't know what they are doing in there but it is working ! Also do yourself a favor and try the green tea matcha latte, it is a quality drink.

Stopped here while out of town. Have to commend the cleanliness of this location and has a super chill vibe from the staff. Easy to order and feels festive. What more can you ask for?

I love the coffee, expresso, and the breakfast sandwiches are good as well. I am not one to eat donuts 🍩 but my husband loves them.

They finally have a regular staff in Carrollton that is friendly, helpful and gets your order right every time you stop!! Please don't change the wonderful people you have currently working there!

Donuts are awesome! I love a unique shop but as chains go Dunkin is great. Bismarck and lemon filled are awesome!

Caramel Macchiato, Hot - my go-to stress calmer (other than Chai Tea!) Was in the area, decided to drop in! Professional and sweet barista. Building larger than it looks on the outside. Drive-Thru is a plus!

They usually have fast service. Coffee, tea are made to order. Food tastes fresh.

Cashier was super friendly, drinks were great, and it wasn't busy when we went in there at all.
