We called the pipe doctor due to a backed up sink/ dishwasher. Owen showed up in less than 3 hours to come help us out! He was extremely friendly and informative. Owen got everything done in a timely manner and we would definitely ask for him next time if we have plumbing issues again! Thanks so much

Great service! Owen and David came to investigate some intermittent sewer smells from our half-bathroom. They reviewed our home plumbing setup, talked through some options, and decided to do a 'smoke test' to check for potential leaks. They quickly got to work, and found the source, a faulty toilet wax ring. After that, and discussing options, they re-seated the toilet. I'm jealous of how cleanly they were able to seal the caulk around the base, looks awesome. All in all, it took 2 hours total, and they were informative and professional throughout the whole job. We really appreciate how Owen and David listened to our concerns, explained the process and technical details, and did a very professional and clean repair to the toilet. 5 stars from us, and highly recommended for your plumbing repair needs!

Daniel and Owen were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They fixed my main line pressure valve and a valve in my toilet expertly. It was a top notch experience all around. They arrived when they said they would and finished the job quickly but also did quality work. I highly recommend the Pipe Doctor. I would definitely call them again.

We had two cracks on our sewer pipe located in the garage; called Pipe Doctors based on neighbor’s recommendation. Owen was assigned to take a look at. From the beginning he was punctual for the appointment; then he really took the time to diagnose the issue, provided options and explained to me how to repair it. He also called out potential risk to make us aware so we are not blinded going into the work. The diagnosis was thorough and the quoted price for the repair was very reasonable compared to the other offer for the exact same scope of activities. We hired Owen to do the work and he was able to schedule the fix the next day, which is a huge plus for us. A comprehensive job done on fixing the cracked pipe and also helped us unclog one bathtub. I had an issue with my water heater expansion tank which was crooked and filled with water. Owen worked quickly and efficiently to assess and resolve the issue. He took time to explain what he did and gave additional advice on how to prevent other issues. He even fixed a low water pressure issue without prompting. I highly recommend Owen for your plumbing needs.

I am so impressed with the services provided by the Pipe Doctor. My wife and I had a leak in our water line. I called a few companies. Gary, at Pipe Doctor, was the first to come out and give us an estimate. Their price came in very competitive but what made us go with them was their raving reviews. The reviews were definitely correct. The job to bring out the machinery, dig, replace the water line, reinsert the bushes, then seed and straw the area only took one business day. There were 5 or 6 guys working at one point. The crew was so respectful and clean. If they tracked in some dirt they cleaned it up. I am very impressed. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!!!!

My hot water heater was on its last leg and I called multiple companies to get an estimate on replacement. Two never responded and one quoted me an astronomical amount. I contacted Pipe Doctor Plumbing on Saturday and immediately received an email and a phone call the next day. Kenny arrived on time today and offered multiple options on how to best proceed. We opted to have him replace the hot water heater and within three hours of his arrival we had hot water. Kenny was very personable and happily walked us through our new system.

From the initial appointment call to Owen and David arriving on time excellent experience, again. The kitchen faucet began leaking from the base running down into the cabinets, I called after 5:00 p.m. and spoke with a lovely lady who put me on the schedule as requested for the next morning. Owen and David arrived on time, assessed the problem, offered the solutions with an explanation and got to work. This is my third experience with Pipe Doctor and the service has been consistently superb! I will continue to call Pipe Doctor when something goes wrong or just need an upgrade. These guys are great, the business is legit, very professional group to work with. Thank you Owen and David for fixing the faucet and for the friendly service.😊

First experience-really BIG job.

My misfortune of having a main water line burst in the dead of winter was eased by the crew from Pipe Doctor located in Annandale, Va. We take for granted turning on the water from the faucet and having water flow thou, toilet flushing, cooking, bathing, clothes washed until there is no water… The crew from Pipe Doctor came out with snow on the ground to provide a temporary fix allowing water into the house until the ground could be dug up replacing the water line. This took all day to accomplish with several men working through the snow and frigid temperatures. Once the snow cleared from the ground and it was safe to dig a six foot deep canal through the yard they were right back to work replacing “blue pipe” with copper. The ground dirt and shrubs reinstalled, grass seed and straw put down over the trench with care. Each step, option and reasonable costs were explained with patience. It’s when traumatic financial and necessary repairs happen that we are forced to put our trust in a Company , my trust was rewarded. If I’m unfortunate enough to have this happen again, I will call Pipe Doctor without hesitation.

I can't say enough wonderful things about The Pipe Doctor. They were the only firm willing and able to do the very technical job of re-lining our vent stack, which would otherwise have only been repaired by ripping up much of a bathroom. Now I've had a visit from Owen and David and they wowed me with top-notch work. They were able to problem-solve and revive a 20-year-old bathroom faucet which was missing a key component, and expertly snaked two other bathroom sinks while they were here. Their professionalism is impeccable. I've found my plumber for the foreseeable future!

Update, 4/24 -- Owen came by for another service (dealing with an old hose bib), and once again saved the day. Couldn't ask for a more honest and excellent plumber!

The skill, experience, knowledge, dedication, and quality of work The Pipe Doctor did for us was 10-stars. We had a 75+ year old sewage pipe that was in desperate need of repair. We asked for a referral from a builder building new homes on our street, and they referred us to The Pipe Doctor. We also got two quotes for this job. Not only did The Pipe Doctor give us a more affordable quote, they covered more work. They fixed the belly and relined the remaining pipe. The work is completed and the sewage line is working perfectly. We are so grateful to this stellar team of skilled craftsman for their outstanding work. Thank you again for fixing this big item in our family home.

Great experience working with Owen to address issues with a basement drain that was intermittently backing up and concerns over potential sewer line issues. He was able to resolve the drain issues quickly and provide some peace of mind that we had no major sewer issues. We have received this company details from my realtor to diagnose and address the water heater leaking issue in the townhome property. Kenny and team did a perfect job on replacing the new water heater and running water heater PVC pipe to the drain directly. He checked his work and sent pictures to me and provided guidance as needed. Great fast friendly service with very fair pricing. Friendly and highly competent professionals and definitely use it again if needed. I definitely recommend them.

Owen was at our house multiple times and he was very knowledgeable and did an awesome job explaining things. He treated me almost like a team member when I have absolutely zero experience in plumbing beyond YouTube.

His colleague David was there for the second time he helped with our plumbing issues and did a great job as well. They did a great job in hydrojetting our pipes for our extremely old home and then also used their camera to get further insights of the issue.

We are a repeat customer of Pipe Doctor Plumbing and Drain. Owen came both times (separated by a couple of years) to diagnose and fix different kinds of issues. He is very thoughtful in his approach, knowledgeable, very professional, and explains issues very well. I’m not sure how they compare price-wise to other companies - we appreciated a discount for veterans/military. Importantly, they get problems fixed the right way from the first try, which is more than we can say about many contractors these days. We highly recommend them.

Kenny and Daniel came out to see why my water pipes were knocking and banging when the water was turned on. They isolated the problem quickly and replaced the problem part at a reasonable price. Our kitchen drain was not doing well after a busy Thanksgiving well. Owen and David came today and promptly figured out the problem and the best solution. They set to work and had the drain flowing freely in no time. I also have to give them kudos for their communication skills and kindness; I'd just been laid off from my job a little bit earlier that day and was a mess when they arrived. Both of them were very supportive even though they didn't need to be, and I felt like I'd been visited by some helpful angels in disguise. Thank you so much to Owen and David for their help today! The technician, Kevin, was extremely professional and worked quite well. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the need to change the disposer, how to properly operate it, the proper horsepower for our needs, warranty, etc. he was quite efficient as well. The whole repair (changing for a new disposer), took less than 30 min, including testing, cleaning and taking away the old one. All in all, we are ver happy and highly recommend both the company and the technician.

Great competent, friendly and dependable service. Our sump pump died during a storm the week before Christmas. Kenny and Daniel arrived just a few short hours later (absolutely amazing for a stressful busy holiday week).
