Target Retail Store are always a pleasurable shopping experience... They have specialty items you cannot find at other retail stores... The staff is knowledgeable and polite... The staff provides great customers service.

Wonderful customer service. The employees are helpful, friendly, polite and genuinely seem to want to do a great job. This Target, located on Richmond Hwy, near Beacon Mall always has what I am looking for and the quality of my interactions with employees has never been less than five stars.

Parking is almost as crazy as walmart. Sold out of a lot of items. Big store, has a cvs pharmacy inside. Nice electronics selection. More than enough checkout lines and self check out lines.

I was given a discount by the cashier when I downloaded the target app. My price was reduced. I saved some money . I was completely satisfied.

I went to my local Target at Beacon Hill Shopping Center in Alexandria, VA to return three items I had bought at another Target the same day. I had changed my mind for the most part. The associate was expedient and kind. He was a young guy. I wish I could remember his name. I always have a good experience at this Target no matter what reason I come there for.

Tldr; Give Stephanie a raise!

I found an associate (Stephanie) in between the toys and home goods. She was working on her own task but was gracious when I stopped her to locate an item that was supposed to be in stock but on the floor. She stopped what she was doing and went to their outdoor storage to find my item. She absolutely made our shopping experience amazing!

Love this store and the associates are very nice and friendly. The only thing is that they run out of carts all the time and you don’t know until you get into the store. Plan on grabbing a cart from the lot.

I love the consistency in product, clear signage and cleanliness of a Target store. I remember going with my Mom about 40 years ago! I think I have loved it since then. Sometimes I need to avoid the store! I always find more than I ever knew I needed.

My order was not at the front of the store when I arrived in spite of receiving an email saying it was ready for pick-up. When they checked the computer on their end, it showed that the item I ordered was not in stock. A wonderful employee at the service desk worked with other employees on the floor of the store to find my item which was still on the shelf. This was a perfect example of how a little bit of extra effort on the human end can make a world of difference in spite of a computer error.

This was my first time trip to this location. Great experience! Very thoughtful and care-giving staff (Mercy at the toddler section, Tatyana at the register and one more guy at the fridge section) guide me and helped out at the store. Thank you very much! They are the best! Definitely coming back

Usually very friendly drive up staff

Wonderful shopping encounter from start to finish. Found some items of interest, used the red phones for assistance. A store rep came in no time, helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to locate products and have someone bring them to us. A store manager made sure someone assisted with lifting the items in the car. The store was clean and organized.

This Target is the best! They seriously treat you like family here. Jason and Iryanna were the most amazing customer service people, helping me find stuff all over the store and Joseph helped me out to my car with a big purchase. They were all knowledgeable and super friendly. Very clean store. It's the only Target I'll shop at!

2 employees in the dolls section we're very helpful. 2 employees in the customer service dept. were very helpful also. I'm sorry I didn't write their names. I was very happy leaving the store. I did purchased 2 - 3 feet tall dolls. Princess Belle and Rapunzel.
Again 4 employees helped happily.

Target is my place to go when the bookstore is too far away. I had a rough morning at work and I used my lunch break for a Target run. I arrived back at work with a positive attitude and some things I needed in my car. I love your pick up service!

I had been driving all over for a Nintendo switch. Another target actually told me that this target had 4 in stock. On arrival there was none behind the case. Luckily for me a nice salesman went to the back for about 15 minutes and emerged with the elusive original Nintendo switch. CHRISTMAS IS SAVED!

I went to the store needing a heater which were no longer in their usual aisle but I asked for help and the worker was able to walk me to where the heaters were on sale. I appreciated his time and effort to show me what I needed

Though they often don’t have the particular electronics I’m looking for, the staff go above and beyond what Target stores in the area do with regards to finding items and informing me when they’ll be in stock (or zooming around helping me find multiple items). For that they get a 5/5
