Mullins Funeral Home

I have attended Mullins multiple time with various family members but this week I and my aunt had to arrange my fathers burial. From the moment I walked in till today when they placed my dads ashes in the ground my dads remains and my family were treated with the upmost respect. I was able to be involved in all aspects of the services and I was even allowed to assist with the burial process. That was very comforting to me. I definitely recommend Mullins. Special thank you to Eli today for allowing me and my son to take part in his burial. God bless.

I have had several family members to have their funeral services here. I (along with my step-dad and sister) chose to have my mothers service in this facility. Our experience could not have been any better!
****There are two Mullins Funeral homes that are completely owned and managed seperate of eachother. Make sure you are reading and writing the reviews for the correct facility. I know of at least one negative review that was meant for the other funeral home with the same name. Unfortunately, not everyone goes back and corrects their mistakes****
I have had to make contact with Mullins a few times over my mothers final affairs. Wether it be a phone call needing a question answered or in person to have something faxed and/or copied. Each time they have always taken care of my needs. Even though I have "dropped in" knowing there was no current service going on.
I highly recommend them if you want professionals and welcoming smiles in your time of sorrow.

The staff at Mullins Funeral Home was exceptional. They helped with so many matters that I thought I would have to handle on my own. At such a difficult time they ask questions that made our decisions so much easier.

You cannot ask for better service in the NRV. The team at Mullins went above and beyond for our family as we navigated the funeral planning process. We will be forever grateful for all of the patient help as we worked out service details.

They handled the service and cremation of my Indian mother-in-law and did a fantastic job. They were very culturally sensitive and accommodating.

I made a mistake and went to mullins for my friends funeral not realizing it was somewhere else. The lady at mullins was very rude to me asking which obituary i read. Yes it was an honest mistake on my part. But the is no reason to be rude

My husband's family lost their mother. The people at the funeral home were a little pushy. The family wanted to get flowers from the florist they have always used but the funeral home was insistent who they dealt with and wanted to order it for them. When the family is paying for everything ($12,000) why can they get flowers from the business of their choice?

I am type one diabetic I had a low blood sugar attack during my aunts funeral and they wouldn’t let me have juice inside. They told my husband they didn’t care and it wasn’t their concern. Staff is rude and unfriendly.
