Excellent customer service. The manager, Wilmer, was kind and helpful. He saw me circling the shoe area looking around while holding a single shoe. He read my mind that I was looking for this particular high heeled shoe, and immediately found it for me without me even asking. He was very friendly, hardworking, and attentive to customer needs. Very hard to find somebody like that these days. Thank you Burlington for an outstanding customer experience even on a Saturday night at 11pm!

I do most of my shopping there, the customer service is great, the staff are very kind and hard working. I was always happy with my purchase, specially thanks to Iqra, Carmen, Huong, Maria, Tessie, and all implies.

Designer clothes at such discounted rates. Never go wrong with shopping at burlington. I am based in UK and visit Burlington first thing after landing in the US. This week I bought 6 shirts.

Today is 10/16/22 10:16 a.m. A while back I had several bad experience here with customer service and had not come back in a long time because of it decided to give Burlington another try, Today I received WONDERFUL customer service from Lynn.. I thought she was the manager. It seems like all the employees were better since she's been here, I've noticed a change this last 2 months. you definitely should make her manager because I'm a company owner and Professional Singer and need someone like her ...so please give her a raise or make her a manager or something because company owners like me look for people like her.

There are great number of varieties for both men and women. Keep in mind that there will be Q line during weekends. Snow boots, clothes, winter coats, winter gloves, glad wear and many more. Need not worry there are nearly ten billing counters so your make a purchase in little time. Debit, credit and travel cards are accepted. The thing due to those many varieties its difficult to make choice out of them 😄. I loved it and so over it's worth purchasing here.

The store has made great improvements within the last two years. It’s now clean, easier to shop and customer service has greatly improved. Management and store employees are doing a great job.

You can find good products at a much lower price.

Just like the slogan says " There more than great coats" They stock fashionable clothing items and shoes in my size. Being a "Chubby around the Edges" person it's welcoming to be able to walk into a store and find something for you. I've never had an issue finding shoes and clothing for the larger gentlemen.
