Your service department is top notch. Always helpful and explains what needs to be done. They are courteous and want to get your issue fixed right away and they even look for coupons to help save a little money. Michael in service is always amazing - he makes sure everything is done as it should. Through this most recent ordeal he was super helpful. I did not realize I had access to a loaner vehicle and it honestly saved my day when I picked up the vehicle after mine was towed in for repair. His level of service with the customers is amazing. I truly appreciate everything he does.

Ivan was very knowledgeable about all the cars and made us at ease. The reason why we decided to get a car that day (cause we were supposed to just look) is the way he handled us and our feelings. Not pushy and insisting we made our decision right then and now. He kept telling us to take our time and decide.

Our salesman Daniel, the sales manager, and our finance manger Ethan were all fantastic as our daughter purchased her first vehicle from a dealership. We found this beautiful car online and made the trip up from Naples. Noah, our salesman, was responsive, informative, efficient and super knowledgeable. He had everything set to go when we got there and thankfully it was exactly what we were hoping for!
