Rooms To Go

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience today at Rooms To Go. All thanks to Alex, who was very professional, exremely knowledgeable, and very patient. No awkward sales pitch, just plain down to earth and kind! He was very cordial and remembered both our names throughout the visit. He will be our go to as we continue to furnish our new, soon to be constructed home.

My salesperson, Jamey Macarthur was exceptional. He was very helpful, patient and kind. I changed my mind several times and he took it all in stride. I greatly appreciated his help!

Jamie was so easy to work with. We explained what we were looking for and he took us directly to those items. Also allowed us plenty of time to browse. We purchased several items and extremely happy to have worked with him. Highly recommend Rooms To Go and Jamie as your sales person.

As soon as I stepped into your store, Doug was my first point of contact with a warm smile. I felt no pressure as I told him my need for an adjustable bed and a base with drawers. The rest is history. Very very pleasant shopping experience. Doug is very knowledgeable about the product while giving me a variety of options. So happy I stopped by. Thank you Doug.

I had ordered a sectional and upon delivery it was the incorrect color. I refused it. I went to the store spoke with the office manager Liz. The color I wanted was not going to be delivered until December 22nd. I was extremely disappointed. Liz told me she would work on it and try to have it to me as soon as possible. I received a phone call that it would be delivered on Tuesday November 21st.
She is Amazing!!!

Doug was a very nice salesman he helped a lot and first time we buy furniture from the first time we go into a furniture store since he was showing us and explaining everything very good. So I believe we enjoyed shopping today at your shop thanks a lot. I’m planning to take my sister next week she is also looking for family room set and my husband and I end of this month we will be back. Can’t wait tell I have it at home thanks Doug for all your help 👍👍👍

We like this store, but disappointed that they removed the clearance room. Nice staff, we got our bed room set as promised And the set up was great. Location is good.
February 28: we received new couch, as the other one wore at the head rest. Very easy to replace the couch and the delivery was great! Anthony H. Was professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and pleasant after working 12 hours shift!! Thank you Anthony.

Jamey answer the phone call when I called, made an appointment 30 minutes later and he was there for me. Was very nice and very knowledgeable about the recliners in your store. He had other customers but made sure he was coming back in short periods of time to make sure I was finding the most comfortable recliner. Answers question about any I asked about. Found the one I love and bought from a great sales consultant.

Richie was so patient & helpful as I can be difficult.
He let me wonder around the store so that I could visualize my vision without pressure.
I added items to my purchase & he gladly kept revising my account.
The actual manager even spoke to me reassuring my few tiny concerns on delivery options!

Great experience shopping at Rooms To Go and with Dennis as our sales rep whom helped us answer questions and select features. No pressure friendly gentleman.

I went in for one item and found something I couldn’t resist. Christine was so helpful I just had to purchase this chair. I also bought the table I originally went in for. Can’t wait until it arrives.

Met by "Darlene" upon entering. We advised what we were looking for and she directed us to their ample selection of furniture displays. She even advised us of the location of the bathrooms and water fountain. I informed her of our recent dissatisfaction with a competitor brand and that brought us here. We found exactly what we had been looking for and disregarded any further shopping at other businesses. We did the deal then and there with Darlenes promise to try and expedite our delivery ( this was 4 days before Christmas) I recommend RTG to anyone needing furniture and with a wide selection you can actually see, sit on and inspect.

Doug Bostwick was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient with our recent outdoor patio furniture purchase. He gave us space to shop, checked in with us regularly and when we were ready to buy, he quickly managed the process. A very good experience!

Alex was able to direct us to the style we were interested in quickly. He was able to provide details about the features and operation of the loveseat we chose. He handled the purchase in a professional manner, providing details of the purchase options. Much appreciated.

Sandra, I have been at the rooms to go store several time this year and have not purchase anything until today. Sandra just asked who was I shopping for and immediately she knew exactly what to show us. Very courteous and pleasant to work with did I mention that she speaks Spanish, that made it more pleasant to have someone to relate on the same language. Overall I had a great experience at rooms to go so I bought 2 bedroom set. If you are looking for furniture please see Sandra you won’t regret it.

We have used RTG many times and they’ve always been great. Our salesman Doug was very friendly and professional.

Richey, our salesperson was great. Told us how to find what we wanted then let us shop and later followed up. All very straight forward. Prices were better than competitors. No drama, just a good business transaction.

Jason was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful but also gave us our space to browse and look around without feeling pressured. If you go in definitely ask for him!
