We went to see the Christmas Lights, and we were far from disappointed! Absolutely gorgeous! Absolutely Amazing! If you haven't been, I Highly suggest! Even just for every day fun. Adorable little shops, watch some candy making, and enjoy a couple of good restaurants. 💗 There is even live entertainment on occasions! This place is definitely worth checking out! 🥰

Lovely place to visit at Christmas. They do a fantastic job with the Christmas lights and make it look really special. The staff are all lovely and friendly, and if you really want to 'Christmas it up' you can take a Christmas boat ride from the dock to get a tour of the local Christmas lights. Shops are slightly over priced, but you are paying for the atmosphere not just the products and that makes it worth it.

Great shops, restaurants, bars, and outdoor area! We had a blast! They have a great view of the water too! If you haven’t been it’s worth checking out! The outdoor area has a fire pit, a giant chair, ping pong table, and bar.

Went to the sweet shop. Their carmel pop corn is the best. Make sure you get it with the box lid open. The young man who filled my 2 boxes really filled it full.

What a cool place to shop, browse, grab some food and have a drink of your choice. Multiple eateries and bars. Indoor or outdoor options. Great Tiki bar on the west side to catch a sunset. Fun place to spend a day or evening.

I love this place! It's full of beautiful tiny stores with unique (expensive) items, restaurants and bars facing the Charlotte Harbor, with live music, and a great atmosphere.

The shops in the mall offer some nice selections and some local businesses. There are also some nice options for a bite and a drink. It's all good and nice, but what makes this really stand out is the gorgeous Christmas decorations around the holidays. Almost a must-see...

This place is really cool. Prepare as you enter a village of shops, restaurants and bars nestled right on the water. Explore the many retail shops they have for some cool souvenir gifts or grab a bite at one of the restauraunts with a window view of the ocean. After your finished don't forget to grab a snack from the candy shop and enjoy some time on the beach!

Loved all the Christmas decorations! We ate at Village Brewhouse for lunch. The stores have some fun and different items! I recommend getting there early if you like it a little less crazy busy :)

We were there for the Christmas lighting. It was an awesome sight. The wharf could use more restaurants. Some places had an hour wait time, others had you were on your own to find seating. The food was fried, I am not a fan of fried, but the view and activities made up for that.

The shops, the eatiers,to live owls in the center of the Village was fabulous. Can make a day out of it. Restaurants w/ outside seating facing the open waterfront $-$$$. I can take charters out to islands,or just sightseeing. Fairly reasonable. Anything from free to $$$ ,here to do. Definitely a MUST STOP!!!

Florida is my favorite vacation destination, and Punta Gorda is one of my most frequently visited spots.
My parents were full time resident owners (PG Isles) for a hundred years, and I've been to Fisherman's Village thousands of times.
That said, I was always aware that there were rental guest rooms available above the shops, but I never stayed there myself, generally opting for the hotels in town..
This past week I had the opportunity to book a room at Fisherman's, and I was extremely impressed.
All of these years and I had no idea how fantastic their rooms were.
I had a two bedroom suite with a shared pass through bathroom with an additional adjacent private bathroom, full kitchen with a dining room table and a spacious living room / seating area leading out to a balcony overlooking the marina, the private pool and the Peace River ...Very nice.
The room was in near new condition ( possibly rebuilt after the hurricane) and spotlessly clean.
Additionally, they have free private parking for hotel guests to avoid trying to find parking when Fisherman's Village gets busy.
My new go to location for accommodations in Punta Gorda....

Want to the sweet Shop by the front entrance for their Carmel popcorn. It's the best on our West Coast. Make sure you tell them to leave the top open. You'll get more to snack on.

The shops are nice with many different things to choose from. Clothing, souvenirs, a specialty store for animal lovers, homemade fudge, eating on the deck by the water at the Village Brew House. A great place to visit, shop, eat, and enjoy the beautiful lights.

Wonderful stop along our tour through Florida. Many unique shops, a cool bar in the middle and a couple of restaurants we didn't have time to try. Good shopping spot and dog friendly!
