I had the most delightful lunch experience with two friends at Harpoon Harry's! We were fortunate enough to snag a table right on the ledge overlooking the water, and it was an absolute treat. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and serene, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal.

I decided to try the "surf and turf", and in bar food terms, it is a cheeseburger with three pieces of blackened shrimp on top - a unique combination that surprisingly worked wonders! The burger itself was tender and bursting with flavor, while the blackened shrimp was a delicious twist (I ate them separately btw lol).

For my side, I opted for the coleslaw instead of the traditional french fries, and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was. My one friend had the grouper, the other had a reuben sandwich and they both said their meal was delicious. The whole meal was a delightful culinary adventure.

What truly sets Harpoon Harry's apart is the breathtaking view of the river. It adds an undeniable charm to the place that makes the dining experience even more special. I highly recommend Harpoon Harry's to anyone looking for a good meal with a view that's hard to beat. It's an unforgettable experience that I can't wait to repeat!

Such a lovely family dining experience with the best fresh food! I highly recommend the clam shrimp with oyster boil. It is so so good with the garlic flavoring.

Devin was amazing, very rarely do you get the customer service he provided. Food was delicious and I had Calamari and Gator for the first time. Would definitely recommend.

We pick an unusually cooler day for an outing to the harbor. They had the canvas down to help with the wind and the heaters on to help with the chill. It was busy, so we ended up on an outer table. I would recommend getting as inner as on can during those types of days. I really appreciate the fact that they have a dedicated fryer for the potatoes because I do love fries. No one was disappointed with the food. Our server was attentive, helpful, and friendly. We would go again.

Appreciated being able to visit with our dog. Got a great table next to the waters edge so we loved the ambience. We split a grouper Ruben and thought it was very good. Large piece of grouper with good blackened seasoning. The drinks were also very good. Service was great. Will be back again.

Didn't get pictures of the food. The sunset was spectacular. The grouper sandwich was delicious. We had mussels, shrimp and it was all great. Did I mention the view. Fabulous 🤩😍

If you want good food on the water, then this is the place to go! Amazing view, refreshing drinks, great service, what more do you need? It was not to expensive but I do wish we got more for what we paid for with quantity. They have a stage and everything, bar, tables, arcades, it's all outdoors.

Love it. Beautiful view, great food and drinks, nice atmosphere. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. We will be returning! I had the grilled dinner that came with shrimp, salmon, and mussels with rice. It was delicious! And a dozen raw Oysters which were nice and juicy 😋. Can't wait to come back and try more things on the menu!

Love it, great vibe, great food & service & fab views. Not too keen on the birds tho but that's just me! Key Lime pie is amazing!

Our friend discovered this gem and took us there to share. Our server was fun and funny, the drinks -tasty, and the food great. We had blackened scallops and burgers / fries cooked to perfection. They don't over-serve fries so if you really like fries, get yourself a side order also. Sitting on the water while we are - wonderful

Great restaurant, in the little sleepy town, Punta Gorda. Perching on the bay, reasonable prices, ample rooms, foods are OK, mostly battered dishes. Good place to watch the sunset over the bay. Lots of shops around in the fisherman village.

The blackened grouper sandwich was very good! The basket of fried scallops and shrimp is very tender and delicious! The Gator bites were very tender, the best we've ever had!! The service was excellent as well. Views of the harbor from every table, with an occasional dolphin sighting. I highly recommend this place located at the end of Fisherman's Village.
The only thing I could suggest is that there could be a larger sign on the front of the entrance to Fisherman's Village for us newbies looking for the restaurant. If it weren't for our gps convincing us the restaurant is indeed there, we probably would've given up!! We're so glad we found it!

Great waterfront bar and restaurant in Punta Gorda.
Perfect place for a cool drink directly located at the end of the pier with awesome views over the bay. Friendly service and fair prices. We enjoyed our stay very much.

First visit to Harpoon Harry's. Hubby and I were visiting Ft Myers, 3 hours south of home. My mom had recommended stopping by this establishment on our way home. We seated ourselves, there was plenty of dining space in the main room, but the deck area by the water was where everyone wants to be! I managed to score a table down on the deck! It is open air seating, but due to heavy winds that day, they had screens up. You could still still see out, but without being blown away.
Our server DiAnthony was was kind and welcoming. He was attentive on refilling our teas and checking in on us.
Of course, being a restaurant on the water, and with such a name, there are mainly seafood options! ... I, myself, am not a seafood fan. There were still plenty of land options for myself while hubby was in all his glory! The food was amazing, but the dessert... Oh!! Drool worthy!
I had the Pot Roast sandwich with fries, hubby had a fish taco dish with tuna. We couldn't decide on the Key Lime pie or the orange juice cake, so we got both and split them! The key lime had the perfect tang to it, and the orange juice cake was so moist and flavorful.
We left happy and full! Next time I want to try the Hawaiian Salad!!
PS - I also had a quick visit from a local bird! Landed on the post of my bench seat right behind me!!

Everything was awesome! Great views! Great customer service! Denise in the bar took very good care of us. Peel and eat shrimp was our favorite. Food came out quick! We will be back!

If it's busy, tables are nor on a list. You fend for yourself. We loved eating there. All four of had excellent food. Loved looking out on the port.

Great service and food! With a family of 7, we can be a tough bunch but the staff went above and beyond for us. The kids really enjoyed the games and it gave my husband and I a moment to relax! Will definitely be back soon. Receipt said our server was Kevin but the entire crew took care of us.

This is a great place to finish an afternoon after being out on the boat or just getting to town. The food is great in large portions and you get to sit in the open air dinning area with beautiful sunsets

When we arrived at noon on a Saturday, all the booths along the water were filled, so we chose the booth in the second row on the far right, which still offered a lovely view of the water.
We ordered a shrimp basket with fries and slaw, and a calamari appetizer basket as an entree. We were not disappointed by either one. There were ten nice sized breaded shrimp along with tasty fries and a small container of slaw. The shrimp were cooked just right. The appetizer serving of calamari was huge. The calamari had just the right amount of breading and were hot and fresh. The side of marinara sauce was tasty. I was surprised at how good the calamari were since this place didn't seem like a high end restaurant.
Our server Justin did a great job, politely and timely. He seemed pretty busy but never rushed us, and refilled our sodas each time they got low without us needing to ask.
The views here are amazing and give you that relaxed Florida vacation feeling.
I would definitely go back again and order the seafood.

While spending some time at Fisherman’s Village decided to stop by and have a beer and a bite. Placed in a gorgeous location Harpoon’s has a great and very fast service. Besides a Yeungling beer and the All American Hard Lemonade for my companion I’ve ordered mild buffalo wings (10 fir $11) which came quickly. Perfect! Great experience overall, hope to come to dine sometime in the future. Recommended if you come to the Fisherman’s Village!
