I got my new MacBook Air for $100 less than the Apple Store at Best Buy. I purchased online and picked up in store. I got it in the space gray color. It’s sleek and light. I swear by the MacBook Air, having owned one for 11 years, previous to this purchase. It is well with the money. I never had an issue with it, until the keys kept getting stuck recently. I would have sent it to be fixed, but Apple no longer carries the model I had and no longer carries the part to fix it, hence the reason for the purchase. My pick up experience was a breeze. Very helpful staff!

I gave 5 stars for the employees....
But I don't like the fact that people butt-in without an appointment time and they take up service persons time at the Geek Squad desk.
When others are clearly waiting for their appointed time. It is just rude.

The service persons are trying to do their job. And stay focused with the customer they are working with at the moment and they shouldn't be interrupted while working with a customer.

The service was great.

Store is clean and organized. I was able to find what I needed and check out quickly. Being able to get heatsink thermal paste locally for a fair price is nice. There aren't many brick and mortar stores where you can get pc parts anymore.

Edwin Alvarez is an awesome General Manager ! My wife and I were very happy with our shopping experience in Port Charlotte. The sales people are knowledgable and friendly, but not pushy. We lucked out greatly getting Victor as our personal sales person and could not have been happier. Very accommodating ! Would gladly recommend this store to any one who asks. !

Look at my face. I'm a member; lol. I've always enjoyed shopping at Best Buy. You know where everything's at, you know what they have. My only negative in this place is that they're taking all physical copies of movies and Xbox games, and they think that the future is digital. I'm not so sure about that. I personally appreciate buying physical discs and physical CDs, but I am older. This place has everything from appliances to car radios to sound systems. It's All in One Stop and Shop for Electronics unless, of course, you want PlayStation games or Xbox games, then you'll have to go somewhere else.

I had great experience with my purchase at Best Buy. There was a Sony representative present at the store that day and he was extremely helpful in providing the technical attributes of the Sony products, which helped my decision making.

Bought a brand new refrigerator a couple days ago our salesperson Ricardo was awesome delivered today everything working excellent

The gentlemen that helped me get I to my phone knew exactly what to do. When I called my carrier which is t- mobile they had me doing all kinds ds of things to try and get into my phone even told me I would have to do a factory reset I called best buy and the gentlemen told me to bring it in after 10 mins.with him I was on NY way out the door no fa tory reset and 4 hours on the phone with a so called specialist. I would recommend them to do anything u need done to your phone a lot more experience then the so called technicians at the place you Carrie service.

Had trouble finding something last time I was in. It’s an item I can’t find in most stores. Walked back in today and someone greeted me within 10 seconds and asked if I needed help with anything. Within 5 minutes the item was tracked down by the employees and I was checking out. Wish I got their names but I couldn’t be happier with the service they gave to me on Christmas Eve.

What a positive experience we had at Best Buy with Josh U. He was very helpful and patient. Attention Sean, please acknowledge Josh at the next staff meeting.

We had a huge issue with a large appliance order that failed to deliver an item. I’m trying to deal with corporate customer service the issue was not being resolved and the frustration was mounting. We stopped into the Best Buy store in Port Charlotte and within minutes Phillip B identified and fixed the issue. He did it with a smile on a very professional way. So appreciative of his effort and understanding.

Always great to purchase from here! Great staff and John came out today to assemble my weight holder. He was kind and polite! Great work! He went above and beyond. Great customer service!

Walked in looking for a specific refrigerator I saw online. They had one in stock, so I was able to see it in person. The sales clerk looked up all the specifics to make sure it was the one I had been looking at. It was $50 cheaper online, so they gave me that price. Plus, it's an energy efficient model, so there was no tax. Paid and had it delivered 3 days later. The whole in-store visit could not have been more than 15-20 minutes. Couldn't be happier!

On 3/16 I purchased a Bosch dishwasher and was assisted by Helen M. She was very helpful and efficient. I was able to get the model I wanted and have it delivered in a timely manner.
I also made it to my doctor's appointment in time that afternoon!

Great place to shop for all electronics products and tech gadgets. From TV to laptops, you name it, they have it. I got a Samsung tab S4 tablet with the case here, they match price with Amazon and other big box stores which is great because you don't have to wait for shipping. Lol.
Store employees are helpful and friendly.
Would definitely recommend.

Went to buy a new computer. The guy was very helpful. He also saved me alot of money. Because I would of bought a $700.00 one but when I told him what I use it for he got me an HP LAPTOP AND SAVED ME 500.00.

I had seaton install my amp and kicker subs. He by far exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much seaton!
