Had an emergency kitchen sink clog preparing for dinner party on a Sat night. Scott promptly came and fixed the problem at a very fair rate all considered. Highly recommended and will use again.

We had a leak in our basement which turned out to be some of the pipes to the sewer line failing in our very old house. Plumb Crazy responded quickly and replaced the damaged pipes with very little disruption to our daily lives. They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and did great work!

A long weekend at the beach went south when our dog walker called to say we had a leak in the basement ceiling. I called Plumb Crazy, they had someone there quickly and kept me informed of his arrival time. Tony quickly found and fixed the immediate problem (dishwasher leak) so
that we could continue to have water until we replace the dishwasher. He FaceTimed me to describe the situation, showed me what he'd done, and showed the staining on the basement ceiling. Remotely getting a leak fixed so quickly and efficiently was a relief. Tony also kept the charge to a minimum, certainly less than I expected. Plumb Crazy is on speed dial for any future plumbing needs for me.

Had a water line into water heater burst. Luckily home to shut of water main without major flooding. Called Plumb Crazy and they sent Daniel over immediately, even though I didn't request emergency service.
Daniel assessed the situation and provided choices of repair level. He had the parts on-hand and completed the water heater pipe repairs quickly. He even took the time to run several pressure and leak tests, adjusting the system as necessary.
In addition, I asked Daniel about replacing the house water main shutoff valve, which I new leaked internally, and he suggested we also run a pressure test on the regulator. Good thing, as the 20-year old regulator was not reducing the incoming pressure, which may have contributed to the water heater inlet line burst problem. He had the parts available, which were way better than the original parts, and did an excellent replacement. He adjusted the house water pressure, and throughout the whole process, let me know what he was doing and if I was satisfied.
All-in-all a great experience to go from broken pipe near-flood disaster to fully fixed and upgraded. I would recommend Plumb Crazy for any repair or installation. I should have had Plumb Crazy install my water heater years ago.

This wasn't the 1st time we've used Plumb Crazy and definitely won't be the last. We contacted them (this time) about an issue we were having with a basement toilet. Plumb Crazy arrived on-time and we were pleased to see familiar faces - Daniel & Tony!! They quickly diagnosed the issue and narrowed it down to a clogged grinder pump. They took care of business and had our pump working in under 30 minutes. I also asked them to rebuild one of the toilets that hadn't been serviced in over 10 years. These guys were efficient and diligent about the quality of their work. No aggressive upsell attempts. Can't recommend Daniel, Tony & Plumb Crazy enough. These guys transform bad situations into great experiences!!

When my usual go to plumbers were booked for a week, they quickly suggested I give Plumb Crazy, another local plumber to help with the standing water in my kitchen sink. From the minute I called Plumb Crazy, I could tell they were committed to helping, she searched the schedule to find a way to get someone out and made it happen within 24 hours. It was pleasant to schedule, Daniel arrived on time, was knowledgable, shared info and pricing up front and got to work. It was exactly what he predicted and was clearly beyond my ability to fix but they had all the gear to get the messy job done and everything in my kitchen is operating perfectly again. He tested things and let it run before leaving just to ensure everything was good and I was satisfied. I'm a real estate agent and get asked for home repair recommendations all the time - I will happily send my clients to the good folks at Plumb Crazy after my experience.

Had an emergency back up on a weekend that ended up being minor. These guys called me back within an hour on Saturday and walked me through fixing it myself. Awesome customer service. Will definitely use them for my next plumbing job.

We called Plumb Crazy based on a friend's recommendation, and could not have been happier with the service we received for the price we paid. Daniel was punctual, professional and patient. He explained the cause of our issue and suggested remedies, including his recommendation. He was very thorough and neat. He also addressed unrelated plumbing issues I raised while he was there and was able to fix those. I am happy to say we found a new plumbing company if/when we need it!

We called Plumb Crazy in an emergency situation and they were extremely quick to respond and very helpful upon their arrival. Daniel was very informative, professional, and courteous considering the Covid situation. He found the problem, fixed it, and explained everything to us. All while being very considerate about keeping our house clean, sanitary, and trying to minimize the impact to the house when tracking down the leak. I highly recommend this company to others! Plumb Crazy has been our plumbing company of choice for the last 10 years. They have always been reliable and more than fair. Last month we called them out for what we thought was an issue and weren’t even charged for a service call because Daniel said it was a quick fix and appreciated us being a long term customer. That is unheard of in the service industry! We will continue to recommend Plumb Crazy to our friends and neighbors.

Thanks to Plumb Crazy and Scott our basement did not sustain as much damage as it could have when our sump pump quit last year. He was out to our house in record time and stayed late and until he ensured the new pump was working. More recently we had a pipe freeze and Daniel came out to fix it, he also walked me through another repair to a shower fixture, explaining exactly what had to be done. We will for sure schedule that repair with Plumb Crazy. The guys are super professional and friendly - we are extremely happy to support this local business.

When my hot water heater was leaking this morning, I put in a call to Plumb Crazy. They gave me instructions immediately on how to turn off the gas and water to the device, then dispatched a technician within 4 hours. The technician Daniel D. was very professional, courteous, and answered all questions in easy to understand terms. He fixed the issue quickly and cleaned up everything from the repair. I cannot recommend Plumb Crazy enough. If you need a plumber, go to these guys.

7/3/19 Update: Daniel D. did it again! The front hose bib spigot fell off our house. Daniel from Plumb Crazy came out within days and not only repaired the spigot and inside piping with quality materials, he put the drywall cutout back in its place on the inside as well! Plumb Crazy is the complete professional plumbing service that provides excellent explanations and top-notch QUALITY work.

We have used Plum Crazy for many years now and have never been disappointed with any aspect of their work. We called yesterday for an appt today and they arrived at 8:30 to check and ultimately replace our water heater. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They are a small business that you can count on!I highly recommend them!

Daniel has been to our "fixer upper" several times to do different jobs for us since buying it several months ago. We had issues with our pipe in the laundry room (which he fixed) and needed shut-off valves placed on outdoor faucets. He explained everything and gave us an estimate that was reasonable. Plumb Crazy is super responsive and priced appropriately for their services.

Had a great experience with Plumb Crazy. Our kitchen sink was clogged and they were kind enough to schedule an appointment as late as they could do so I didn't have to take too much time off work. Daniel was super efficient and fixed the sink within an hour, and the pricing was very fair for the work done. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future pluming issues!

Daniel did a great job, as before with Plumb Crazy. Respectful of the house (blue shoe covers the whole time), consulted on other items he wasn't charging for, did a very thorough job and talked me through the installation and advised on what to keep and what not to keep with the new faucet tools. Promised afterservice also if things didn't work out, I doubt it because they have never disappointed. Really nice guy, very honest, very professional, will use for all my plumbing needs.

We have been using Plumb Crazy for about 5 years. They are wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable, keep their word and do a great job! Yesterday's visit was a partial toilet rebuild. The correct parts were ordered, and they were in and out within an hour. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

Amazing service! I called Plumb crazy when our water heater started leaking Scott answered all of our questions and had Daniel the plumber out within an hour. Daniel was able to install a new water heater the same day. Nice clean professional work, I'd highly recommend them!

I needed emergency service late Saturday afternoon and Scott came to the rescue. He was extremely responsive, professional, and was able to get my situation under control until it could be repaired during normal business hours. The office called first thing Monday morning, as promised, to set up a repair visit and then came to my house the same day. Daniel did the repair and was punctual, professional, and did a fantastic job on the repair. I highly recommend them and they will be my first phone call the next time I need plumbing services.

This review is for services NOT rendered. I had an issue installing a new faucet; I couldn't get the nut off the old faucet under the sink, which secures it to the counter. It was completely rusted and wouldn't budge, even after using a basin wrench and other tools. I wanted to drill through it but was worried I'd mess something up, so I called Plumb Crazy after a co-worker recommended them. I talked through the issue with Scott on the phone, who said they could send someone over for a few hundred dollars, but that my idea of drilling was a good one. He gave me some pointers and said I could handle it. Scott gave me the confidence I needed to fix the problem myself and I'm happy to report that our new faucet is now installed and working great! Now I know that if I have a problem that I can't handle, there's only one plumber I trust to call to give me the best service: Plumb Crazy. Thanks, Scott!

Edit 9/3/21: Just wanted to add a note here that I've had Plumb Crazy come out a few times since my original review. They've been great every time. Recently was the first time I've used them since COVID happened - Scott was very respectful and wore his mask inside the entire time. Thanks again, Scott!
