Golden Bowl

I wanted Oriental food coming back from a visit in Radford and asked Google for suggestions. I chose them because they seemed to be close to my favorite restaurant in Wytheville, Peking. It was easy to order online. My order was ready as promised. The food was good enough that I ate it all. I would consider them in my top 5.

The best Chinese food that I've found in the Radford/Christiansburg area. Pork fried rice, chicken fried rice, egg roll and spring rolls were all excellent. Highly recommend.

The food was absolutely delicious! Found this place on a search for something near by while finishing a nice electric scooter trail ride near Radford university! The food was delicious,fresh and hot 🔥 this seems to be a hidden Gem or at least it is to me and my family! We will definitely go again without a doubt trail or not we were impressed!

Amazing. Good food and quickly presented to me! Super hot and fresh! The food is very well worth the price which is on the lower end of Chinese prices if you ask me! I will go back over and over again.

Hands down my favorite place to eat. I get the sesame tofu with white rice every Friday night for $7. Flavor is incredible and portions are very generous. I call to place my order and it’s ready in 10 minutes every time. Quick and easy drive thru. Can’t say enough good things. I will eat golden bowl every Friday for as long as I live here. Cheers

My humble opinion, BEST Chinese in the Radford/Fairlawn area. Just can't be beat. I have tried others in the area, and let's just say this is the only place I go to for Chinese. I have had their General Tso and Sesame Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and their Hibachi. I have loved every bit of it. I loved all of the apps and sushi that I've had there as well. As far as I know, the only place to get better is at Kabuki in Christiansburg, but that's going to be double the price. Golden Bowl is a great value and great taste.

Pick up & Drive through only unfortunately but very classic and yummy food. Recommend to get some of there sauces on the side to take home bc all of the sauces I have had are absolutely fantastic. Hope to see this place possible grow bigger or even expand.

I e done three take out orders but all were great the first time I requested extra sauces and didn’t get them but we are human and the last two times they have given me extra sauce.

I’ve been going to golden bowl for a while, but I had the best meal from them today and I just had to leave a review! I got the sesame tofu and they cut the tofu a little bit smaller than usual today and it was SO good! I usually can’t finish my whole meal, but today I couldn’t stop eating it and wanted more when I did!! I really hope they continue to cut the tofu a little smaller because it makes it so much crispier and just tastier!

I love golden bowl! They have great prices and are very covid safe! Over a year into the pandemic and they still do drive through pick up which is very efficient. My roommate likes it as well and it’s very easy to do pick up for the both of us on nights we have a lot of assignments & don’t want to cook. Food is ready in less than ten minutes & is always high quality.

Don't let the exterior fool you while driving by, this place may not look like much, but their food is very tasty and convenient. The sesame chicken was the highlight of our meal, but we dug everything we got. I've had fast food from other Chinese food places that are more expensive that couldn't touch the quality here. We'll be making the drive from Blacksburg to have them again soon. Thanks for the great experience and for keeping us safe.

I ordered the Hibachi Chicken yesterday online for takeout and it was great. The service was fast and friendly. The portion size was definitely worth every penny of $7.70 (including tax). I will definately be eating here more often.

Fantastic price for the portion and quality, there were legit caramelized orange peels in my tangerine chicken 😍

UPDATE: I’ve been coming here once every other week since I left this review a year ago, and I’ve seen quality go up and down on certain occasions. Whoever decided to put scallions in my tangerine chicken on 2/13/21 at 11am should be promoted because no joke that was the best orange chicken I’ve ever had in my life!

Golden bowl is phenomenal. I frequently get sushi with customizations and it’s great every time.

The only time I've gotten to eat here, the food was great. I got a poke bowl assembled to my liking and it was delcious. Can't wait to go again and try some other things.

We always order take out when in town and it's excellent. Service is always impeccable and food is fresh hot and flavourful.

Super good food. You should feel around the menu to understand what you like best.
