I did not believe the receptionist when she said that my appointment would only be 30 minutes. I scheduled an appointment the same day, went to my appointment, got greeted very nicely and professionally, and sat in the front lobby for less time than it took me to complete my paperwork. My PA that I saw was professional, quick, and focused on solving my issue. She went above and beyond with helping me. I am one who dreads going to the doctors' because of long wait, etc. This is the place everyone should go for quick and great service.

Best Dr. Visit experience in the 2 yrs!!! Staff was courteous, helpful and overall fantastic! The nurse practitioner was great as well. She answered my questions and addressed all concerns I had. Highly recommend the Radford office!

They are great!

Went there last week for bug bites that I'm allergic to. They did a biopsy and said I was scratching myself. Why in the heck would I scar myself up and go to Dr asking for help. They are lazy and didn't even do the biopsy where a bite was. I went elsewhere this week and got all the answers I need .

Very unprofessional business practices. Spent 10 minutes with the provider to hear that they could do nothing, which I understood, but was promised a referral. Then they called later to say they changed their mind. No referral, no explanation. BUT THEY STILL CHARGED ME. When I protested the charges, they refused to modify them at all. So I was charged not only in cash but for MY inconvenience and time off work and received absolutely nothing in return - and still had to deal with the original problem while trying to find another provider and get an appointment. A complete waste of my time and resources. They simply don't care.

Very bad experience. Went there for a problem and got nothing but bill for doing nothing. First time going to them and I signed a release to get records from my doctor and a month later still no calls, nothing. They never did request records and all I got was a bill. I called 3 times after receiving a bill for nothing and spoke with 3 different people and was told we will call you back. And guess what, nothing. Very unprofessional, they want me to pay this bill but got nothing from them.

I would advise caution when going here for services. They keep billing for the same appointment from months ago, customer service either doesn't care to resolve the issue or they are intentionally billing twice for services already paid for.

Very disappointed. My senior mother has dementia. We had a referral from her primary care doctor for a skin condition that wasn’t clearing up and causing her extreme itching. They did do a biopsy to try and get to the bottom of it but refused to help her immediate need which was she’s itching so bad she’s scratching her self raw to the point of bleeding. I’m considering taking her to urgent care or the ER to address this issue as she is miserable. May be a real doctor can help her

Very dismissive and condescending. I will go elsewhere if I ever have any more concerns.
