We have been a tenant in this complex for 11 years. Since JLL has taken over in Dec of 2017 they have hit the tenants with 2 large extra fees. They can do it because the lease says they can. It had not happened in the previous 10 years. If you are considering signing a lease be wary of the charges they don't tell you about or can tack on each year. They've also gone through and redone the outside of the buildings when the buildings were just refaced and painted 3 years ago. Wasteful, unnecessary upgrades that they are charging the tenants for through these extra fees. If I didn't have a lot of money tried up in the building I would be looking for a new place to move. We will definitely be looking as our lease gets closer to being completed.
