From the minute we started working with Sheena on our property journey, she made it the most seamless experience! Her knowledge of the area was impressive, and she was able to use this to my advantage when negotiating. She was incredibly organized and always kept me informed. She found me the perfect home within my budget, which i bought from NYC because she knew exactly what i was looking for and she sent me video and live walk-throughs till i was satisfied it was my perfect second home. I would recommend her without reservation. Highly recommended!

From beginning to end of the home buying process, she was there for me, responding quickly to my phone calls and texts, offering savvy advice and pretty much doing everything for me. Bob McCaffery and his team were amazing! I got a new job and had to leave asap which included finishing off my home updates and selling it as quick as I can. Bob's team took over everything from where I left off and truly maintained my property from start to finish. I never had to worry about anything being so far away and if something wasn't done the way I liked when I cam to check, they immediately got it fixed. They listed my house super quick and it sold in under a day, which tells you how good their internal marketing is before the public knew about it. I would highly recommend their team for anyone who needs to sell or need to have someone manage their property.
