Picked up 2 doors for my 03 Tahoe. Fantastic service! The girls in the office were so nice and quick to help. The 2 guy's that loaded them for us were very careful and nice. They even offered us a moving blanket to use to keep the straps from rubbing the doors. So awesome! Will do service with them again :)

Being a business owner I want my employees to make us money not cost us money. I bought a radio that wasn't correct. Our fault we ordered it wrong. Not reading their returns policy I called to return it like Amazon or Ebay. Being a small business they have a policy to charge a 25% restocking fee. I respect that. They went further and offered me a store credit for the full amount instead. Great way to keep people calling. Support small businesses.

To accurately review a place of business you should insure that you actually used it. Leaving a 1 star review for a salvage yard that has the same name as a towing company you thought gave you 1 star service just shows how inaccurate reviews can be. Do actual research, talk to others and be fair.

What AMAZING customer service that I received today when I called Stepp's! Skyler was very professional and answered all of my questions! When I called back for another question I needed addressed, Hannah was equally knowledgeable and courteous! I will DEFINITELY use them again, and will recommend them to all of my friends! Mr. Tom was very helpful with providing a warranty for a used ac compressor for a 99 Camaro. He stayed until past closing to wait for me on a Saturday. We use them quite a bit for quality used parts and would highly recommend for friendly service and competitive rates!

Gave me an amazing price on an engine listed as core only due to broken intake manifold.

Engine runs great, got my solstice up and running next day.

I paid for the engine Thursday, they had it ready Friday despite giving me a Monday readiness quote.

I will be purchasing all of my engines from these guys.

We service subpar. I guess it’s to be expected. Called for a part, was told it’s on the shelf and ready to go. It was still in the car. Sold a part with pieces missing, called and was told sorry only the part received is what was sold. NOPE! When you sell a head bearing caps “MUST” accompany the head they are machined as a one, uno, soulmates, as in yes it’s a part of the head. However Tom was a bit reluctant but agreed to give me the caps. Can’t say the same for the rest of Steps employees. Last I check and I’ve been in customer service for over 22 years. It is an entity, a unit, one whole company, a group. There is no “me” or he sold it to you so it’s his problem. Men I can’t stand immaturity. Steps great place, great pricing.

For those in entitled people in the back. Good reviews are for good results and bad reviews are for bad results. Not a platform for one to complain about their poor choices and handling of them.

I was coming from Orlando to pick up parts 1 1/2 hours away. Joe had the parts ready at a very fair price with exactly what needed! Thanks for the honest business I'll be coming back for more parts in the future.
