We were shopping around for a week in Miami before coming to the North Pompano location. By far the best buying experience we've ever had. Jerry Burris (sales), was the most kind, courteous, and professional salesman we've dealt with. The location is small, quiet, and relaxed. Their no haggle policy is great, although they did honor my AAA discount promotion which was great! Cars are in great condition, great warranty, finance agent was helpful, fast and professional. We were in and out with our new used car in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend.

I went there with some cars in mind and was helped immediately. Test drove several cars and purchased one same day. The process was painless, no feeling like I cold have gotten a better price. Love "No Haggling" best prices on low mileage cars. I did a lot of searching other sites 1st and kept coming back to Hertz site.. Highly recommend. Great financing assistance.

We bought a Tundra from them this year and the Customer Service was excellent from the sales to the finance dept. The price was the best we could find anywhere around. Needed a bit of cosmetic TLC, but very minor. Easy affordable DIY stuff. Was worth it and the truck drives amazing. A great buy for a gently used low miles 2017 vehicle.
They also have great warranties for purchase.

We live in Melbourne Beach and were buying a replacement car for my daughter in college in Saint Augustine. We went to Orlando, Lake Wales, Sanford, all over Brevard county....this included 2 Hertz dealerships in the Orlando area. We found the car she wanted at a couple of locations. However, the ONLY dealership that went the extra mile to fix the couple of minor cosmetic flaws was Steve, our salesman at Hertz in West Palm Beach. We couldn't believe the level of customer service he provided. Especially, after our previous experiences at some other dealerships. He treated us like family, not joking! The cosmetic flaws were taken care of the car came out beautiful. Also, my daughters name was going on the title, so even the paperwork wasn't easy but they handled it, professionally and made it as easy as possible for us! It was a bit of a drive with all of our locations, but SO WORTH IT! Go there and ask for Steve. The finance manager was also super nice and very helpful! Its worth the drive!

I had the best experience at Hertz car sales! I came in to view a car I saw online and everyone was so kind! This was my first time buying my own car and Kenny helped me out a lot. I am definitely recommending that all of my friends and family buy their used cars from Hertz.

Bought a 2014 Toyota Highlander through Hertz Rent2Buy with the assistance of Jeanine Butler Diehl. When buying using Rent2Buy, you can't be in a hurry as you're buying a car from the rental fleet. It has to be pulled from the fleet, transferred to the sales location, and detailed. The 3 day rental gave me and my wife a great opportunity to drive the car, and I had time to take it to my mechanic for a thorough inspection. After deciding I wanted to buy the car, the process went smoothly, and Hertz waived the rental charges. If you believe everyone drives rental cars like maniacs, this is not for you. If you believe most people drive rental cars like their own, you could get a very good deal on a Hertz rental car. I'm very happy with my 2014 Toyota Highlander, and I feel like I got an excellent deal under KBB value. The car is in excellent shape and had very reasonable mileage. Jeanine was very helpful during the entire process. Not knowing how the process worked, she helped reserve the car for me and followed up when it would be available. She even called me on her day off to ensure I got the car and everything was satisfactory. She kept in touch while I had the car and had the paperwork ready when I returned to purchase the car. It was a very smooth, relaxed car buying experience. I couldn't be happier.

Jovia was my sales associate, and he took such care and time with me. He listened, made educated and thoughtful selections for test drives, and spent pretty much all day with me. Before Hertz, the car shopping process felt grueling and depleting. The whole thing got easier when I walked through the doors at Hertz. Kenny made the financing and purchase process a breeze. He explained everything from soup to nuts, and was patient and lovely even when I wanted to go over something for the third time. Jovia explained that, at Hertz, they’re not paid on commission. Which means they’re not pushy. I felt like Jovia wanted me to find the right car for me, not for him. It felt like a new-school and modern car shopping experience. I drove off the lot today with a 2017 Kia Soul + :-) and I’m glad to have given these guys my business.
