Publix Super Market at Westchase

What's not to like about Publix? They have everything you need for food in one location and everyone who works there seems to enjoy it. They are friendly and helpful! I've never had a bad experience in a Publix. You can even ask the manager to order you something specific if that publix doesn't carry it. Awesome!!

Employees were really respectful and courteous, finally. Publix in Temple Terrace, most employees are not so professional, respectful, or nice!

Overall Publix is still my go-to! However I must say I am disappointed in the wings I have been getting from several different stores.
Hopefully it's just a season or time frame and they will get better?

Bar none now you're getting this information from a guy that travels all over Florida I'm talking about Naples Fort Myers Sarasota Miami West Palm Beach Daytona Beach there is no better Publix than this one right here they have different items to places Immaculate the people are super friendly

Publix... my mom's Disney Land... she will say I'm exaggerating if I tell you this woman probably goes like 16 times a week. There's 800 Publix in FL, and I'm pretty sure she's been to all of them... nothing against Publix. im just venting.

Neighborhood Publix, always clean and well stocked, with pleasant employees. Staff willing to go into the back to find items when no stock on shelves.Pharmacy staff excellent and helpful. Meat Dept. will custom cut meat to your specifications. Bakery staff offers to retrieve items not on display. Deli pre-order online is hit or miss, many times items are still not available 20 minutes after time quoted for pickup.Store typically busy but much easier checkout than most grocery stores as plenty of lanes usually open.

This store is always clean and inviting. The location is convenient for me, as I live and work nearby. The staff always seems friendly, so I feel like it's a great environment to work in. You can feel the positive vibe. I also appreciate the app. You can look before entering the store to see if your items are in-stock, and what isle they are located. Super convenient.

Love the wide selection of foods in the deli . The staff are very helpful and I do love the seafood department too! The store is great all over one of my favorite Publix grocery stores!!

Brett... just EXCEPTIONAL customer service! He definitely goes beyond the call of duty. I had a question about one of the food products and Brett MADE SURE I had everything I needed. He stopped what he was doing to assist and I cannot tell you how much that meant to me! Kudos to Brett! He understands that there are many shopping choices out here and he really represents Publix so well. Great job!!

It was nice got 2 full ultimates subs both made once we arrived there and we're paid and out the door on 10ins for lunch

Best Publix I’ve been to. Everything flows seamlessly, making it super easy to find everything you need (plus some.. I never leave a Publix with what was written on my shopping list lol). The employees are all very friendly and helpful as well.

Small store friendly worker great place

One of the best grocery stores I’ve ever been to in this country. I’ve lived in DC, Los Angeles among other cities and this is hands down the cleanest; most friendly; most stocked store ever! The employees are so kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a positive experience. I’m always offered help to my car and I never wait in line to check out. Truly amazing!! They also offer stickers to my toddler when he comes with me & they usually have these cool kid “truck” shopping carts. Always a great experience at Publix.

Bakery Review: AMAZING!!! So friendly and accommodating. My husband and I just picked up our gender reveal envelope and wanted just a simple cupcake for us to find out. All the other Publix bakeries in the area said absolutely not unless they have 24 hours notice but this Publix made it happen. Little do they know the years of struggle we went through and how much they just made our day by going above and beyond.

I like this location. They are generally fast and friendly with items stocked. The bakery and catering is better than other ones I've been to. The parking lot is always busy because it's a popular location. I would like for them to have self check out as an option like other locations because it's more convenient.
