Kim Randolph is an amazing doctor. She is very thorough, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She gives you the time necessary to listen and assess your needs. She guides you in the necessary treatment plan and is also intuitive and knows when you’re even a little off in any way. This is what all doctors should be like. Oh and her office staff is wonderful. They don’t overbook and it’s always little to no waiting. Couldn’t ask for more.

I cannot recommend this practice enough. Every person in the staff genuinely cares for you, your health, and well-being. I have received the best private practice care here that I ever had in almost 20 years of living in Florida. I am always able to get an appointment and the staff is always ready to help and make sure that I am taken care of. If you don’t have a primary care physician, then you are missing out if you don’t come here. I love it.

Dr. Randolph is very caring and listens to your concerns and worries. She does a great job of explaining things and keeping you informed. Her whole staff is very personable and remember you every visit. If I ever have a concern I can call or message the office and will usually get a response that same day or next business day if it’s the weekend. She is the best PCP I’ve ever had and I really appreciate her.

Ive never had good experiences with medical providers. I feel like they never listen with understanding of how i feel. I found Kim Randolph office through my Cigna provider list. Took a chance and NEVER LOOKED BACK! I feel so safe and secure with my health concerns with her guidance. The staff is also amazing! I recently lost my father and i had to call the office regarding my medication therapy being disrupted as i was out of the country. When i got home i received a condolence card signed by each and every staff member! Who does that anymore?!? It not only made my physical health better but it also helped my mental health! Its like a small little FRAMILY (friends & family). Thank you guys for your dedication to patient care! It is greatly appreciated!!

The staff here is always friendly and dr Randolph is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to check information in regards to my insurance plans and policy, which helps reduce stress.

She genuinely loves her work and cares about her patients. She is honest and tells you how it is. This is truly her passion. The staff simply complement her practice. Never do I feel rushed nor do I feel like Kim or the staff don't listen to me when i have questions or concerns. Kim takes the time to listen to what's going on and she comes up with a plan. To me that plan was the key to my success.
