BayCare Outpatient Center (Westchase)

I was called at 11am this morning..we were supposed to be his first stop..still waiting at 4:30pm..

Decent clinic.

I am upset. I live in and own a local healthcare business. I have been having issues with my BP for several months and have been waiting patiently for a new patient appt. with Dr. Claude for several months. I just got a text today from Baycare asking for me to call the office to reschedule my appt I made 2 months ago. I was transferred to a very rude man on the phone who should have never been given privileges to take phone calls for the office. He told me I needed to reschedule my appt and the soonest they had available was in November (my original appt was on Sept 26!). I am also going to add that my OBGYN has messaged the practice too to try and get me in since he can’t do much more to help me. Absolutely horrible and I will be deterring our patients from seeking services here due to how unprofessional the front desk staff is and how the entire practice handles urgent new patient appointments.

Front desk staff sucks..non empathetic, robotic, lazy and unhelpful. Customer service didn't help much either. Dr. Helms is good but not going there anymore due to several bad experience's dealing with front staff.
