Great, I wish all pharmacy would offer the same service. Once the prescription was received by the pharmacy, I received a phone call to speak with representative about fulfillment of the prescription, confirmed delivery address and made a payment over the phone. Very friendly staff and super helpful. Received my prescription within 3 days. Easy steps to confirm receipt of the prescription, signing in using QR code with available videos how to use the product and detailed description about each ingredient of the drug. Highly recommend Medrock Pharmacy.

Process to receive cream was very easy! I received a text to fill out my insurance and personal information. When I received the package, I could sign of it and learn about my medication from a pharmacist with QR codes in the package. Super easy and efficient! Will definitely be using again.

This company is the bomb! Representatives will send reminders because sometimes life gets busy. Also the link to pay was user friendly and the receipt of my meds was expedient.

Product arrived well packaged. Instructions for use were printed on dispenser but details of application were more fully explained in accompanying video which was helpful.

My name is Theresia Edmonson. It was quite easy to get medication from pharmacy. However, I feel like I don't have the support I need from the pharmacy. My medication came with little instructions. My diagnosis was not on the list, nor was a demo for the pen I received. I did the best I could. I have been using pen since January 9th. I haven't seen any improvement and I don't know how long I am supposed to use this cream. I have flat moles all over my chest and back. Has anyone else used cream for this problem? If so, did it help and how long did you use cream? I did call pharmacy and spoke with someone there. She was nice, but could not tell me anything about the medication.
