Baymont by Wyndham Savannah/Garden City

I liked the layout of the room we had with a separate sitting room. We had 5 adults in our group and a double with a sofa bed was great for us. The price is great with free parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is just 3 miles from historic Savannah being like a block off of Bay Street.

Taylor, at the front desk, was so positive and helpful that we felt right at home there immediately. She made check in and check out smooth and her smile made our day.

Good hotel for a reasonable price in Savannah. Rooms were clean, if a little bit dated but it's still good and comfortable. Not super close to downtown but they have a free shuttle to and from the historical district basically every hour. A bit noisy at night with trains and cargo ships but obviously that's not the hotels fault. and the paper mills smell pretty bad outside but you don't smell it inside. Breakfast was great honestly.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and left very happy. The room with two double beds (and big TV, fridge, microwave, and desk) also has a separate living room area with a fold out couch and its own TV. The free crib provided is nice and solid. Everything was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was decent and includes fresh waffles. The staff was polite and friendly both times too. The hotel is a little ways off from I-95, but the extra driving was worth it for us.

The room was big and clean. Everything worked properly. The bed was comfortable. Angela, the front desk clerk, was extremely helpful! The pool was nice. We didn't have the breakfast. The hotel was easy to find and easy to get in and out of. The area was quite and felt safe. It is a short drive into downtown Savannah. We would stay here again.

So thankful my friend and I found this place last minute. Jadonna and several other ladies at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The beds seriously felt like sleeping on a cloud.. So comfy! The rooms were very nice for the price, and we also enjoyed the free breakfast! Overall a really good experience!

A great place for the money. Staff has been absolutely wonderful. Clean rooms. Super comfy beds. Decent breakfast, nice little variety. Pool is wonderful after a day walking around Savannah or after sometime at the beach. Not very crowded and free shuttle. Sometimes you just want to escape the hustle and bustle. Will definitely book here again for future visit.

Convenient location to I-95 but away from noise chaos of I-95. Quiet, safe environment. Not in Savannah but close if visit desired. Clean, comfortable accommodations. I plan on staying here in future to break up my travels overnight. Easy check in/out. Affordable.

They gotta be joking when they classified this hotel as a 2 stars.. this deserves a 5 star! I don't even know where to begin, the staff is friendly at the welcome desk, no surprise fees unlike other hotels, the bedrooms were clean, they even provided me with a baby crib. There is free cookies, nice breakfast, and a free shuttle to downtown savannah! The fitness room is also really great! Thank you for a great stay, i will be back!

By far one of the best rooms I have had the pleasure of staying at. The overall attitudes of the staff is wonderful. Clean rooms and bathrooms. I highly recommend stopping by when you take a visit. One last thing, the hotel is also only fifth teen minuets from River Street!!

This place is a real gem. The outside of the building doesn't look like much but the rooms are great. One area with comfortable seating and TV. Next part of the room was a standard hotel room. The staff was great. Micro and fridge in the room. Bathroom was very clean and updated.

We are planning another trip to Savannah just to stay in this hotel. Full disclosure, it doesn't take much of a reason for me to plan a trip to Savannah. I love that City.

I've stayed here before, years ago, and really enjoyed the stay. There are a few Baymont Hotels and I called every one of them to make sure I got the right one again. (I remembered the one we stayed at had a shuttle that took you to downtown Savannah). Coffee is available all day, (huge plus for me), in afternoon/evenings they put out fresh cookies, (first come first serve). The staff was friendly, small, but good breakfast, and overall a good stay, again! We will continue staying here on our visits to Savannah.

The woman at the front desk, Zadonna, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our shuttle driver, Davon, was as well. The room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept on. I literally didn't even want to get up the next morning. They were all great with my 9 year old too. Very pleasant experience all the way around.

Best hotel ever. The front desk lady I think her last name was Jones was by far the most courtesy driven, knowledgeable, respectful and witty individual I've ever experienced at a hotel. I will be returning.

This place is Awesome and I know because I have been here for over a month now and I LOVE It!!! I see people complain about bad breakfast and dirty rooms. I think they have Mental issues! I love it here and would stay here 4-ever if I could. The husband and wife in housekeeping are by far the best! Front desk Crazy Nice people. I give a Shout out to them all! Oh Breakfast is Great here! Close to downtown Savannah with a shuttle bus daily and more. Food Lion Store in walking distant, Parker's near by and a barber shop, all in walking distant. So to all my friends there, I thank you for making me feel at home! Oh yeah I'm OCD and the place is CLEAN! I PERSONALLY Thank You All for a Great Stay and Making Me feel at Home:) I give a 10 Star!!!

Very happy with my stay in this hotel. Building looks new or recently renovated. Big rooms, it was very clean and very confy beds. Microwave and coffee maker in room. Continental breakfast included eggs, sausage, biscuits, yogurt, cereal, bread. Complimentary shuttle to historic district.

Great little place for the price, better than most hotels closer to The river. river. Breakfast was amazing..buscuits and gravy..eggs. shuttle to the historic district... Beds were so comfortable and rooms clean. Not a thing to complain about... I travel a lot.. and this was a really nice surprise!!

My husband and I stayed here on our way back home from our honeymoon. The staff was friendly, the room was great, and it wasn't too far from downtown Savannah. The hotel even had a shuttle that ran to the historic district, which was very convenient. They also served cookies at the front desk at a certain time, which I thought was a nice touch! Definitely recommend!
