Good customer service

I go here because it is within walking distance of my house even though the cigarettes are insanely priced compared to other convenience stores around here. My main problem with this store is they seem to open and close when they feel like it. I have gone there when Maps says it's open to find it closed or 30 minutes before it's supposed to closed to find it closed. I would appreciate it if they posted their hours on the door like most places.

I bought a drink from thwre store , im patron there everyday and soend good money. As I literally walked out of the storeThe bagBrokeAnd my drink fell and busted eOutside of the store, this is the 3rd time and ive told them there bags are made cheaply. Their response is it's my responsibilityWith all the money I spend there I would thinkThey would replaceThe drink that bustedBut again she rudely told me it's my responsibility the bag busted. My pointBuy better bags and treat your customers with respect
