To be honest, if I could give a zero star review a few days ago, I would have. From customer service to geek squad, everyone treated me like I had two heads and we’re not very friendly at all. I’ve been using Best Buy and the warranty system for seven years and I was just so disappointed in how I was being treated. But I just went in to try to speak to someone in person one time to try to find a resolution and Stephanie from geek squad was extremely kind and understanding. She Apologize for my previous bad experience and corrected my issue within five minutes. you guys should give her a raise!

I had a great experience (online and in-store install) in purchasing an Apple Car Play for my vehicle. There were no snafus or hiccups throughout the process. Amanda did the install for my van and was great. She made sure I understood the unit’s operation before I left. Friendly and competent. Great experience all around.

I knew I wanted a SSD but wasn't sure if they were in stock or if they had the right ones.
Before I even had to ask , a team member helped me locate the right section where I found exactly what I needed.
The guy at the counter, I wish I remembered his name was really nice and I appreciated our conversation. Great customer service!

Used the geek squad in the store. They were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Although they were behind schedule, we had a 12 noon appointment and were not seen until 12:35, the process was quick to get the laptop in queue for repair and a follow up appointment scheduled. I would definitely recommend that one make an appointment online to see a geek squad representative.

Ethan was absolutely fantastic! He helped me figure out which TV I was going to get, helped me carry it to my car, the first option didn't fit so he helped me bring yet another TV to my car. He helped me load the second TV in my car for a good 10-15 minutes in this Florida heat while we figured everything out. He is amazing and he sets the standard for what great customer service is and his professionalism has left a great impression on me and Best Buy as a brand. I will forever visit this location as long as he is there and if there's any chance of him becoming manager it should've happened yesterday! Simply phenomenal and thank you again, Ethan!

I wish I remembered his name there was such a kind young man that helped my husband and I decide which TV to get. Ours broke that day and we were torn because our old one lasted about 8 years. Anyway the young man was extremely informative as the information about pixels and what the differences were between the different grades of tvs and why they cost different money for the same size it was actually educational and He was right. The clarity on our tv... wow... my hubby is thrilled when he watches football... the detail you can see is great...

Best Buy customer service agents are very helpful. The front door greeters and those as you exit are friendly and professional. Don't forget to stop at the front desk podium if you carry a previously purchased item. Sometimes they will place a sticker on it so the employees know you already purchased the item. (i.e.camera, USB drive, etc.)

Stephen assisted us in purchasing 3 new televisions for our home. He was very knowledgeable on the specs for each brand and took his time going through pros and cons of each tv. Stephen was very easy to talk to and personable. He is s definitely an asset to the Best Buy St. Petersburg store!

Great experience friendly staff as well as knowledgeable must stop in to the Tyrone best buy. I think the company sends all there best associates to that location because that was the best best buy I have been in yet

I wish more businesses would recycle electronics and appliances. Kodos to Best Buy for doing their share to curb electronic waste. The staff was very courteous in accepting our “donation.”

Did an online order at 9am and it was ready for pick up at 1pm. Super easy and convenient online shopping and service if you already know what you want.

Best buy saved the day. After ordering a gopro from Walmart, which they said was in stock, my order was canceled because they stock was not right.. I went to best buy and they had alot in stock. Saved me because I was flying out the next day.

Best Buy on Tyrone is excellent customer service. I ordered a couple of smart TVs “Roku.” Online they were ready for pick up in a short period of time. Great quality TVs!

Recently went to Best Buy to buy a Cube GPS Tracker. Is was very affordable. It is compact and water proof. Recharged battery lasts up to 2 weeks. Cube tracking app works flawlessly on Android.

Derek in electronics really new his stuff! Assisted with a new samsung tablet. Very professional and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend him and Best Buy!

The salesperson who assisted me was Awesome. Best experience I've ever had at a Best Buy. He was helpful and patient with my questions. I was a bit surprised, as he was a young man and these days, everyone is in a hurry. Missed his name, but excellent customer service in the purchase of my new electronic.

Love their store! Everything from the largest assortment of candy&delights ( yes, they have Moon Pies) to affordable and cool home goods!

Clean, friendly atmosphere. Certainly you can buy many things here online at a cheaper price, but if you need something right away, the associates are always ready to help you make an informative decision!
