Have been a past customer with them. Reached out recently for a quote multiple times and never got a response.

They used to be my insurance broker and the reason why I stop doing business with them is because the guys in charge (Managers i supposed) are super rude. They basically treat you like they can care less that you are their client and when you called they are super rude, it's like they are bothered by you calling their agency. Weirdly enough it's only with the men that answer the phone, the ladies were the opposite on how they treat you over the phone.

Scam!!!!! Do not give them your money!!! They will take it and not give you insurance coverage. They stole $1,330.94 from me. Said I had coverage then send a letter in the mail from rockingham insurance saying payment never received policy canceled. I called said ok give me a refund and they would not give me my money back!!! Run. Do not give them any money. I am fighting with my bank to reverse the charge.
