My granddaughter is a freshman and she loves the campus !! It is a beautiful school and very accommodating for their students!!

This place is kind of what you expect for a campus store at a small university. It would be nice if they had a larger selection of school gear.

My daughter ordered a coaster and cup and we received the coaster broken and cup scratched. She called and spoke to a gentleman who told her to ship it back for replacement. We are down for graduation so we brought the items with us to exchange. The manager of the book store was extremely rude and would not exchange products and told me to put a claim through UPS. I explained that the package was not wrapped correctly is why it broke. I showed her the little piece of wrap it came in and I was told to “prove it!” by her. The managers were very rude and disrespectful. Don’t order online because they don’t stand by their products.

I called to switch my textbooks from pick up to online textbooks and I got an inappropriate voicemail back from someone who works there. I don’t know how this happened but I will be reporting this.

I called the bookstore before 5pm and was rudely cut off twice. Does the bookstore close at 5 pm?
