I had an amazing experience with CE Hall Real Estate. My husband was being transferred to Savannah for work. We had a few different real estate agents show us houses but I was not thrilled with anyone. Someone suggested I try calling Leigh -broker are CE Hall Real Estate. She was the ONLY realtor who asked my Husain and and I to come to her office and she laid out a big map of Savannah and asked critical questions such as where my husband would be working as well as asking us questions about what activities we like to do. She then described the different possibilities for areas to live. Leigh was an enormous help. Her honesty and integrity made her a delight to work with. We also got to work with some of her team members who also took us to look at houses when Leigh was unavailable (thank you, Cary!). We had such a wonderful experience with the Real Estate company that we ended up using the CE Hall construction company to handle all of our renovations as we bought a 1940’s house and needed a lot of restoration work done. We LOVE our house and we loved working CE Hall Real Estate!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Leigh and Frances have managed our rental for almost 8 years now. Anytime I contact the office I am always treated like priority even though I know they have other clients and business matters to handle. These ladies are more than fair to both the home owner and the tenants. Anytime there is something that needs repaired/ fixed, I can be sure Frances will be in communication with me while also ensuring the needs are taken care of for the tenants. My husband and I have never had any issues or complaints and would recommend their service to anyone seeking property management.

LEIGH, CAREY & FRANCIS HAVE BEEN SIMPLY AMAZING & A BLESSING!! I have called them for questions, concerns & issues and they answered them within a few hours & when they were uncertain they were sure to indicate this, but promised to have an answer within a couple of days (which means 48hrs☺).

Excellent group to work with, professional and family oriented. Always there when you need a question answered and always available.

In the beginning, things were great. Leigh was warm and welcoming and made you feel as if you had known her for a long time. She was accepting of all the changes I wanted to the house and worked with me through several meetings before signing the contract. After that things began to go downhill. Carey the contractor never took a single note during any of our meetings at the house, as we walked through and pointed out issues. He either didn't communicate with Leigh or didn't really pay attention when the information was provided because it was one screw up after another and he actually complained at one point that he needed to be in the meetings with Leigh so he knew what was going on. He messed up plumbing and lied to me about it, he messed up the footage in the bathroom and seemed to think it was perfectly normal to put a living room-sized window in the bathroom next to the tub and said I could get it frosted!! After arguing and providing a solution it was fixed.
Fast forward to having signed. The back yard is a mess, it holds water and has never seen a dry day in two months after living in the place. I kept in touch with Carey and he kept telling me it just needed to dry, but it wasn't going to because there was nowhere for the water to go. Two months later and the desire to get a lawyer, Leigh is involved, what she and Carey have told me do not match what the landscaper has told them to fix the issue. I'm getting the runaround, no action or correction.
If you don't care about honesty or integrity then this is the place to go, otherwise, stay well clear of this business.

Update 5/13/20
The yard issue was finally resolved 4/28/20. Moved some dirt around, cleared neighbors yard to allow for water movement, adjusted swells and I paid for SOD for the rest of the yard.

Worse company to ever to use to rent from!

They will still money from you beware I broke my contract which I paid for the one month's rent then the fee because I broke my contract. I paid all this then they wanted a daily rent and told us after we were leaving the house. I cleaned top to bottom of the house lawn and all then they stole my whole security deposit from me! 350 for cleaning 100 for lawn and 324 for painting the maintenance for stuff that was broken when I moved in the house. Also took the 775 the Mrs. Leigh was supposed to talk to us about and never reached out to us. All they did was take it out of the security deposit. I told Francis not to do anything yet about the daily rent until I spoke with Leigh and they did anyway beware of this company!

If this company says it has such high standards, why aren't they finishing the job for Amber Forman and taking care of the swamp they left her for a back yard??? Almost 3 months later and it's not useable. Mosquito heaven and health hazard!
