Wonderful experience. I went to Vulcan's Boot Camp this morning and I was greeted with a well welcome. Ms. Gayle was our North Star 🌟 guiding my co worker and I to pick some good quality boots and the best fit and size. I enjoyed my Pleasant experience ☺. I shall return

Great customer service. Nice staff team and awesome Variety off styles, brands, and trim to choose from. Ms. Gayle was our assistant and for someone who knows boots I believe Ms. Gayle knows maybe a little more. She was very friendly and offered a vast amount of insight on Not just the Boots but also on how to assure comfort in knowing the correct size to pick. Thank you for your service Vulcan's Boot Camp. Back in 2015, Ms Gail at Vulcan Boot Camp suggested Atrex insoles as a solution to my foot pain. What a relief it was! Here we are in 2024 still using the Atrex brand. I have purchased them for all of my footwear over the years. Thanks Ms Gail and Staff!

I received some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at this location. The cashier happily and quickly pulled several sizes from the back to try on, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I left a happy customer who will absolutely be recommending this store to my friends.

Lee is the bomb, she made sure I got the right boot size. Didn’t rush me at all, and was beyond knowledgeable about the products in the store. Great experience!!!

Store associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. All of my employees go to this store for their safety shoes and we trust they provide the correct safety shoe for the specific job type.

Ms.Gail, has got a playa right. As soon as I walked in she greeted me, knowing I needed some more footwear. So we started to talk about what’s your interest in today, I told her that I was looking for some more work boats, something that’s comfortable and light on my feet. Ms. Gail ask me to take a seat and let me get your foot size. Ms. Gail got my size and as we walked towards the shoe section she guided to the right shoe, our best sealers, I tried them on and instantly I knew it was the one I won’t. Ms. Gail also guided me to some upgraded insoles also. Thanks Ms. Gail, for the A+ for customer service, and taking time to get me right for my work weeks to come.

I have to say the customer service is back and better than ever. I had the pleasure of dealing with Stephanie Kelly and Tricia if something is not right or if you need anything that there store provides they will make sure you get it with a smile. I started buying boots at another place but never again because of these to young lady’s they have one me over with the time and care they gave me. Nice place. Very helpful. I was in and out. Very polite and respectful. Great selection. The employee by the name of Shaylan was amazing, she was super sweet and helpful. Stopped by after taking a class at the red cross. I was able to get a new pair of school shoes (steel toe👀), replace my work boots, and get a nice pair of flops in one stop. Family operated with kind employees. They also had a few pairs of nice church/dress shoes:)

Everytime i visit to buy new work shoes i spend about 300 bucks. They have a great selection of sunglasses, shirts, flip flops, hats, and everything to keep your feet safe and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and great people to deal with. I won a 47inch tv in a drawing not long ago here too. It was awesome. The shoes are very comfortable too.

What a wonderful experience. The customer service was beyond excellent. I was greeted with a very cheerful welcome by Lee. This was my first time visiting the store. Of course, " mother knows best," Mrs Gail made sure I had the perfect boot and perfect fit. She was on point so I purchased my husband a pair.
