I followed Nina on Instagram for a while, so I already knew who would fix my lips. All her work is just stunning!

Her office is clean, beautiful, and welcoming. Everyone who works there treats you like family, and they make sure you’re comfortable. Nina is kind, compassionate, knows her stuff, is informative, and is a true artist. I adore her personality. I was at ease knowing that I was in great hands with her. She offers a dental block and numbing cream for lip fillers, so do not be worried about that. Nina took her time with me, ensuring everything she did was perfect. I appreciate her dissolving everything I had done elsewhere and starting me over where I needed to be. Now I have my dream lips and my confidence back. I’m so grateful.

I look forward to seeing Nina keep me looking youthful and like myself but better.

I got a Luxury Diamond Glow Facial with Aesthetician Jessica. The place is beautiful inside and easy to find downtown Roswell. The facility is super clean. Jessica is extremely professional and I loved the fact that she explained every step and what each procedure would do to my face. This made me feel very comfortable with everything Jess was doing. I recommend this location and wish I could give this location more than 5 stars. Thank you and I will definitely be back!!

Nina came to our practice to do a training for one of our newer injectors, and I had the good fortune of being able to sneak in and get some time to observe—she is just FABULOUS! I love the way she talks to patients, to trainees, and the way she gently and artistically evaluates and plans for the injections of the patient. As another advanced injector in the metro area, I have to say it was just a pleasure to get some time learning and working with her! Come back soon to visit, Nina!

Nina is simply wonderful. Her skill set, attention to detail and overall artistry with facial injections is unlike any other injector I have been to. I have trained with Nina and been a patient of Nina’s, and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. She’s knowledgeable, thorough and honest in her assessments, and will not leave you looking anything but natural. Nina’s entire staff is welcoming and personable. I saw Nina for a botox & filler consultation today and am extremely impressed with her. This lady knows her stuff! I didn’t feel rushed at all and she explained everything in the perfect amount of detail to me. This consultation was extremely thorough and I feel at peace about choosing her to be my first ever injector! We came up with an entire plan to safely & gradually address my areas of concern over the course of several sessions.

Had my first session yesterday sculpting my jawline + chin & reducing my masseter box. Nina & her amazing nurse both made sure I was as comfortable as possible. AND I WAS!!! I’m scared of needles but it was very gentle. On a pain scale from 1-10 (10 being the worst) it was a 3 maximum in very few instances. Most pokes felt either like nothing or like a quick mosquito bite. Can’t wait for my next 2 sessions! Definitely feels like I got punched in the face a couple of times today but very tolerable! 😂

I am so happy that I was referred to Nina by a friend. The quality, care, and professionalism that I receive at Forma Medical is at a much higher level than any experiences I’ve had with other skin care specialists. I have been to three other providers and she is hands down, the best!
Nina takes the time to explain not only what she is doing (and/or what she would like to do), but why. She helps you to understand the benefits of each treatment, the order in which treatments should be done, and provides guidance on how best to achieve your goals to have the most beautiful appearance and healthiest skin possible.
In order to ensure her clients are always comfortable while receiving treatment, Nina offers her clients the option to receive numbing solutions, etc. so they will have a pain free experience. I have never been given those options at any other location, and that is valuable.
Her office is beautiful and has a chic, French country vibe so you feel like you’re in a home, and not at a doctors office. Her staff is also friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and you never have to sit in a waiting room when you have an appointment. If you have to cancel for any reason, they will do their best to squeeze you in as early as possible as they understand there may be a waiting period before the next available appointment.
I can’t say enough about how great this place is, I’m so happy I found it. So if you’re looking for a skin care specialist, definitely go to Forma!

Nina was AWESOME. She was so comprehensive in mapping out a plan for me, setting expectations, and really detailing how she does her assessment for future planning. I was super nervous as this was my first time getting any injections and she put me so at ease. I’m also a hypochondriac and had a bit of a worry post injections, but Nina quickly addressed my concern and everything turned out fine. Cannot recommend her enough. Already looking forward to my next session.

I had a really great experience here. Literally every staff member I interacted with was extremely professional but also really kind. Brigitte and Dulce specifically were really awesome and made me feel super comfortable. I had a really smooth checkout with Carolina as well and they all provided me with a ton of aftercare information. I left there feeling really informed and I appreciate that so much!

UPDATE: as Brigitte was out for maternity leave, Heather took AMAZING care of me. I always get anxious before any treatment but this place truly is a spa and they always make me feel relaxed and extremely safe. Everyone explains what they’re doing and why and I love that because it reminds me of how knowledgeable they truly are and that I’m in good hands! I was actually not completely satisfied after my second session (aesthetically I mean), and Heather listened to me intently, made my concerns feel like a priority, and completely corrected it the next session. I will be a client of theirs for life and would be comfortable seeing anyone at Forma!

This is my second visit and it was just as pleasant as the first!! I am very proud to be one of Ninas pretty peaches!!! Her staff are all very friendly and professional and the atmosphere itself is soothing and relaxing. I came in for lip fillers and had topical numbing for 45-55 minutes. I discussed my concerns with Nina and she blessed me with beautiful lips! She is amazing at what she does. I recommend 💯. You have earned a forever client 🥰

Forma is such a cute, welcoming, cozy, place for medical aesthetics! All staff are very kind and welcoming, but Heather is the MVP! She is absolutely amazing! She’s extremely knowledgeable and always so personable. She takes her time to really understand your wants, needs, and goals. She also explains the science or the why behind the process and procedures. Heather is always traveling to seminars and continuing education courses to stay up date on the latest and greatest products and techniques. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my medical aesthetics.

Nina and her team are amazing. They have the best bedside manor. They are always running on time and make sure your experience is amazing! She listens to everything you say, and you can tell she cares about your opinion. I went to a couple injectors before her and am so happy I came across her and her team. Never going anywhere else! Helping my face look snatched! You can tell she is in the right profession because she is so happy doing her job. I’m so glad I found her.

I visited Forma for a PDO thread consultation. I was initially impressed with the beautiful detailed decor throughout the entire facility. It is so homey, spotless, comfortable and beautiful.
All the staff was friendly and informative. My experience with Nina was more than I could have asked for. She listened to my concerns and desires, and then took the time to provide great details about the most effective way to achieve my goals. She has so much medical and anatomical knowledge, and I left feeling very confident about her ability to get me to my goals. I am very excited about coming back to receive services!

Forma is where it’s at! I can’t say enough good things about this gem of a place. Nina and her wonderful staff are beyond amazing! Every experience has been beyond my expectations. They have amazing peels and facials that have done wonders for my skin and hyperpigmentation.
Nina takes her time and listened to my concerns. She explained to me what she was going to do and how it would help (I’m a grinder and get bad headaches) but also explained to me what I didn’t need, when I thought for sure I did. Honest and a master at her craft! My results are perfection every time! Nina not only makes me look good, she makes me feel good too. Looking forward to many more visits!

This was my second visit to Forma and I had almost forgotten how beautiful it is. The aesthetic is perfect. It’s a very clean and comfortable space. You’re immediately happier and more calm just walking in the door. I had the pleasure of working with Heather during this visit, and I could not have been happier! She’s confident and knowledgeable. She’s easy to talk to and very attentive. Heather listens to you and makes sure you have a clear understanding of what to expect. I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed my visit and how pleased I am with my results!

Incredible experience! Nina is a true true artist. She listens to what you want and keeps it real with what works best for your face. I will never let anyone else touch my face. The office is gorgeous, the staff is friendly and I cant recommend Forma enough.

First of all the decor of the office will make you wish Nina would come and decorate your home it’s so beautiful but not intimidating or so fancy you feel like you don’t belong. Secondly she is so chic and down to earth you feel like you’re talking to a girlfriend. She’s gentle and honest with her recommendations which is so important because it’s your face. I trusted her immediately because she was knowledgeable and sure of herself which gave me total confidence. The actual procedure was relatively painless and quick. And I am very excited to see her final product as everything settles. I can’t wait to go back for more things! 10/10 in professionalism and overall experience and shout out to the entire office team including Dulce and Dr. Morgan who was super dope.

Jessica was professional and thorough. I felt Jessica was well educated and my micro needling procedure was customized for my needs. I was very happy to wake up the next day feeling and looking great! Forma will be my first choice for future medical aesthetics.
