Yooooo John... the light skinned guy in produce with the long dreads. AMAZING. So attentive, kind, and helpful! Always helps me when I need help and makes sure I get the best Kroger has. And I swear every time I come and he is there the produce section looks amazing!!! True testament of a great employee. Give that man a raise! Round of applause for John!!! JOHN IS GREAT! NEVER GET RID OF HIM!!! WE LOVE JOHN!!!

I never leave grocery store reviews, but I have to brag on this Kroger. I always have a pleasant experience both in store and at pickup. The employees are kind and hard working and the store is clean and stocked. Thank you all for your hard work!

The customer service here has always been outstanding as I've been shopping here for over 2 years now. Keith, Grace, Jean Claude and John the greeter, just a few of the names I can remember, always have excellent, friendly, helpful customer service. This kroger is normally very well stocked as , whoever the buyer is for this store stays on top of it compared to other Kroger's in the area. I see a delivery truck atleast every other day.

I love this Kroger the customer service is always excellent. Recently, I lost my receipt, and they let me return something without questions.

Always a great experience! Affordable check cashing, great service, never a long wait! Jonathan was quick and friendly, in and out less than 2 minutes, cashed a check and loaded 2 prepaid cards.

Store is good and prices are a lot better than publix

I have been coming to this pharmacy for over a year now. The pharmacy staff is friendly, fast, and accommodating. They always make sure I get the best price, and that I am taken care of. Also the gentleman that greets you at the door on the pharmacy side is always a pleasure. I really can't recommend them enough.

I went in to buy roses por my husbands dad that passed away 2 years ago. I dont know what i was thinking well i wasn’t thinking and left my backpack with all my credit cards/social card/ money!! Kroger had my backpack waiting for me to pick it up! I am beyond greatful. I knew there was a possibility i wasnt going to find it but i never thought everything would be recovered!! Not bc of kroger but bc you never know if someone else finds it. Thank you kroger for keeping it safe for me!! Will always be appreciative of keeping our/customer stuff safe incase you forget it!! Destinee is the best cashier . Provides excellent service. Was very helpful in helping load cases of water.

Kroger needs to have 24 hour service in store and at gas center. I used the uber driver career service for 4 days until my payroll and they deactivated my career account at 9:40pm on a Sunday no follow to me at all and completely had me stranded I'm so happy to see the store open at 6AM! Thanks so much

Clean , well stocked with food and products

Kroger at Crossville Rd and HWY 9. A wonderful woman named Grace, who we had often shared pleasantries, was my cashier. She checked my groceries. A millisecond after she finished and I went to pay, I realized I had inadvertently cancelled my debit card because it was to renew in August, and I hadn't received the new one yet. I said omg, I think I cancelled my card yesterday! I need to put all this back. Grace (accurately named), took out her own credit card and paid for my groceries. I was overwhelmed by her. What an angel! I have no access to my funds til Monday morning. My son was coming over for dinner, he popped over with cash I went back to Kroger, gave her the biggest hug, and paid her back. What a blessing she is! I can't recall when anyone has done anything that nice for me! God bless her and keep her safe on her vacation next week, and continue to bless her!

This store location is the "opitime" of what a grocery store and customer service is and should be. When you enter the store, you can truly feel the positive energy throughout. They treat you like you're family.and thanks for the bilingual employees , they help a lot to other custumers in Spanish .

Best staff in every department. Benita is always super efficient and friendly. The long-term lady in Floral is the sweetest and the most helpful, especially when you need fast gift suggestions. All of the produce staff rank high in my opinion! I appreciate the front staff and cashiers. Times during COVID did not rob them of the joy they shared with every customer.

Everything is usually stocked. If there is an item you can't find the employees are very visible and are very helpful but they have excellent customer service it's a place where you would want to go and Shop for your family!

I got gas early this morning at Kroger and Rodney was working in the kiosk at the gas pumps. What a super nice and efficient guy. I wish more business' hired people like Rodney, as it would make shopping a more pleasurable experience!

Best management, super friendly staff, and all the best gluten free options! My husband is a celiac and I hated paying for the overhead at Whole Foods just to get his favorite pizzas. Thank you guys for ordering Against The Grain just for us!! Y’all rock! That was super cool. I finally have my one stop shop!! Thank you!!!

I became a regular of this store due to it’s location. I remain a loyal customer due to the excellence of the employees. I always feel that my presence is appreciated and know that someone is willing to help me. The store is well organized, so help in the isles is not usually necessary, but someone is always there as needed (which is not the case in ANY other store). These employees not only know their job, but can provide personal customer service. I’m am always impressed with the service provided by David and Jean Paul at the self checkout.. They make me feel like I am part of a family, instead of a customer running routine errands. .I am provided with a smile and a welcome greeting even when the store is swamped with customers (thanksgiving, christmas,and new years). Thank you for your excellent service. You are definitely above the rest.
