I’m a last minute Christmas shopper,and finding a iPhone 15 in the color pink was challenging.The color pink was a hot color and almost nonexistent in stores.As soon as I entered,Katie greeted me with a smile and saved my daughter’s Christmas!

They exemplified patience while assisting my disabled godmother with a seemingly delicate issue with our services. Indeed, we felt valued and included in their presence.

Great Staff, excellent customer service. All of my questions and help get me into the right new phone. The manager Keisha was amazing. She took her time and made sure I felt like I knew everything I needed.

When to the store to consider changing services from my current carrier. While I did not make the choice to switch just yet, Christa who assisted me was excellent. Great customer service and personality. If I do choose to go to T-Mobile, she'll be part of the reason.

The people in this store was Exceptional and was able to assist me with everything I needed. The manager in this location is awesome and the team works great together. The store is always clean always a fun environment to be in and they know their promotions and phones.

Anna helped me decide what steps I needed to take to ensure my beloved lady would be happy with her new phone. Thankfully it didn't take long and Anna was a monumental help, giving the best customer service experience I've had at a mobile phone shop. She is outstanding!!

Sakerra was amazing. She was able to move everything from my old phone to the new phone. She should get a raise on how great her customer service.

There was a person there by the name of Rodell. If he is not the manager then he should be. He was extremely polite and helpful transitioning my account over to the military plan. He was very well spoken and polite! He had me in and out in no time I would definitely recommend anyone seek this person out at this location for the best service!
