Great hardware store that has 95% of my hard to find parts. Customer service is top notch and they seem to enjoy their job. Definitely a regular stop for me.

Placed an online order for pickup inside store. Got the email saying it was ready. Went to pick up and was in and out of store with my purchase in less than two minutes. I appreciate that.

Staff are amazing! I love just going into this store just randomly to see what's new! My husband says it's his go to versus big box stores, finds the help and the items he needs every time consistently. This is how customer service should be! Kudos to management and friendly, knowledgeable staff,!!!

Not only did they order parts I needed for my new wood stove, but I was impressed by the selection of stuff I didn't know I needed. I even found an RV part I'd been looking for that even the RV store didn't have. Outstanding customer service! Thank you!

Ok so with us buying absolutely nothing,,(fact finding mission,) we had the most helpful 2 people in the world helping us decide about citronella, dogwoods,and small plants for raised planters. (I am horrible with names!! Sorry you guys!) I don't care if it is a little more there,,you get attention to your problems here!! Such cute decor and BBQ accoutrements that you can easily be here an hour,,or run in and out in 5 minutes!! Great store! '24 update! Just bought the most adorable bird feeders and stands to hold them for the upcoming spring! Great selection!

One associate in particular, Juju, is my favorite - as she radiates sunshine and is always eager to help every time I go in the store.

Just moved and have gone in for a lot of miscellaneous items. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. I have a glass fixture which is part of a ceiling fan that doesn't work. Can they check it to see if it's the fixture itself not working? Fan portion was already installed. Don't want to have everything taken down.

Best set-up ACE store I have ever been in, employees are friendly,knowledgeable and eager to help, I will return.

A very clean, tidy, organized store with just about everything you might need. Friendly staff and great management that know what they're doing and are great at it. I highly recommend y'all take a minute to drop by and browse the isles instead of giving amazon more money.

This place is Huge! At least by rural standards LOL. They seem to have just about everything you would want in a hardware store plus clothes, gifts, pets, and garden supplies. Prices are comparable with some sales going on. Service was nice in the paint department where we were.

You may pay a little more than you would at Home Depot or Lowe's, but the level of customer service is excellent! The employees are easy to find, usually walking around, asking if you need anything. It's great not always having to hunt someone down for help!

Literally the cleanest and most professional ace I've been to! I find stuff in there I didn't think I need and I always find myself scoping out there plant section to bring home a new plant buddy lol definitely worth the visit if you are looking for a more clean , professional,and overall organized and seamless experience!

The Staff is so friendly, very knowledgeable about what they sell, they do a demonstration and have a variety of things they sell. If I could give them 10 stars, they would surely get it. No more going to Home Depot or Lowes for my big purchases. Great Job, please don't change a thing. It's nice to walk in a place and have people employed, greeting you, caring about their jobs and this place is clean.. no I don't work here or know anyone who does, I'm just that excited about there still being a place you can get good service.

Wow,first time here and was EXTREMELY satisfied. Caleb back in keys made me a couple of chip keys, got a new fab and then went out to my car to make sure all were programed correctly. Thank you for the great customer service.

This is the best hardware store in town. Well stocked with just about anything you could possibly need. Employees are very helpful and very courteous. For example today I needed help in hardware, and I had two gentlemen that worked there stop what they were doing and happily helped me find the part that I needed. Love this store!
