Happy Mango provides a personalized experience. I really appreciate that all of their staff are very knowledgeable and the products they sell. We were able to “test drive” multiple strollers in store. They showed us how to fold, unfold, etc and helped us decide which set up would fit our lifestyle best. I never felt rushed while shopping and evaluating options. We love the products they helped us select! I also want to add that we were gifted a car seat that was not purchased at Happy Mango BUT Happy Mango installed our car seat base with no questions asked and showed us what to look for to make sure baby is properly secured. We love shopping with Happy Mango!

I am absolutely happy with the customer service and the product that I received from Happy Mango ! My XL shine bright yeti is so soft and cuddly, he is my favorite so far ! Thank you again Happy Mango for the time, help and professionalism that you showed me I greatly appreciate you guys ! 5 stars from me ! I would give 100 stars if it would let me .

Products do take awhile to arrive since it's a small business, but they try to communicate anticipated arrival dates as much as possible. We had a stroller purchased from them off our registry about 11 days before our due date. To be honest, it was much too close to arrive on time. I called the store maybe 3 or 4 times over the following weeks and every time that I did they talked to me and answered all of my questions. They ended up having to fulfill my order through a different warehouse, but the owner called to tell me what was going on and it arrived as they said it would. In total, it took a little under 4 weeks get to my home in Chicago.

My advice would be to order a stroller or car seats at least 4-5 weeks before you are due to not stress yourself out as much as we did.

Jay, the manager, and Jaden were extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the Nuna and UppaBaby strollers. They helped us figure out how to get both brands to work together and didn’t pressure us into buying anything. We ended up buying both and are confident that if we have any issues their great customer service will continue. So glad we bought from Mango Baby in lieu of a big box store!!

We LOVE Happy Mango!! The owner and staff are so friendly and knowledgeable on all things baby and they got me as a new mom all the way together with the coolest, latest and greatest baby gear. This is the go to spot for all things baby and I could not recommend them enough. P.S. I shop with them all the way from Chicago and they even made my virtual experience like it was in person :-)

Shipping was quick!! The product was just if not more so what was expected!!! I love it!!! Can’t wait to give them to my new grand baby

I emailed Happy Mango about an item, and they emailed me back within 5 minutes. A few days later I dropped by to see the car seat I was looking to purchase. We were greeted immediately, and the sales person (who is also the owner) was helpful and informative, without being pushy. Great little shop. I’m happy to support a local business.

First off very covid safe shopping environment! Very helpful staff! Loved everything I got from Happy Mango! The bamboo nursing pads they carry are amazing and the outfit I got for my two month is awesome and so cute and soft! Matching hat too!

Happy Mango is great! Their products are absolutely adorable and their customer service is great. (I accidentally mistyped my address, and they fixed it right away when I asked.) The teethers I got for my baby came quickly and are just as pictured. I'm glad to support this business.

I'm in Canada and I wanted to send my 'almost' one year old nephew gifts for Christmas. It was important to find something local (he lives in Atlanta) and a business that was black-owned. However I thought I ordered too late to make it on time! I ordered on the weekend and the gifts arrived a few days later! So happy that his mom will be able to read these meaningful books to him and enjoy these eco-friendly bath toys!

This company goes above and beyond for its customers. I had been searching everywhere for a specific carseat that I needed before heading on a cross country move. Not only did they have it, but they rushed delivered it to me when I explained my situation. It arrived the next day and it's absolutely perfect. Great product, great price, great company and great customer service.

Happy Mango has amazing customer service, the best pricing, & fast shipping! I ordered the Peg Perego Agio Z4 travel system, I am absolutely in love with it!! It took me 8 months to choose a travel system, I did extensive research & this one seemed to be the best fit for our soon to be family! I do my research with everything, like I said it took me 8 months to finally make a decisions. Once I did, I started researching where to buy it from. Happy Mango had amazing reviews & although I’m in California & there were plenty of stores closer I could have ordered from I chose Happy Mango & I am so glad I did. HIGHLY recommended!

This place is fantastic. The owner and other workers are so helpful and knowledgeable. The store is filled with unique gifts and clothes and has a range of bigger items to check out (like strollers and car seats). I love buying gifts here and have also picked up many items for my kids along the way. I always appreciate the help and advice!

I would give this business a million stars if I could. We were wanting to buy a clek car seat but they were the only retailer that carried it in store. I called ahead and the owner said she would be there for any questions and said that we could even put it in our car to see how it fits which was a plus because they are tall. We leave to go, my husband and I in separate cars to see how it would work with baby in tow. My husband got involved in a hit and run accident on the way there. I arrived VERY frazzled. She took the time to answer all of my questions. In fact she spent probably 1 1/2 hours with us. She answered all of my questions patiently, re answered them for my husband. I lost my keys and they helped me search to no end for them. We went to buy buy baby before going there and they had NO knowledge on the car seat but she knew all about it. You cannot get this level of this customer service at the big box store. The prices were competitive and they are shipping it to us via a courier to be sure that we can get them personally instead of being left out for someone to steal at no charge to us. She even let us know about a sale that was releasing that week and gave us that price. I cannot say enough good things about this little boutique and my husbands and I experience. Also, they have a play area for little ones so you can shop in peace. I will definitely be back for any other baby purchases.
