My wife and I will never shop anywhere else for shoes! Big Peach has been so awesome everytime we come in. They listen to our needs and we always walk out happy. We both have unique needs from surgeries and it means the world we can go here and have a person sit with us and go over our options with patience and grace.

We want to also give a particular shout out to Sadie at this location who remains the best! We will come back for her excellent help.

WOW! Katelyn had such amazing customer service. She was kind, fun, understanding, and professional. I found the shoe that works best for me and had fun doing it. The rest of the staff was also incredibly kind and had no problems helping out where needed. I’ve always loved Big Peach but I may have a favorite location now. Thanks, y’all! And see you soon.

Bryce was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with finding me the right shoe so I can continue racing Ironman without injury. I was literally blown away by his knowledge and experience! This is a great place to buy your running shoes. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They can steer you towards a shoe that matches you and your running style. If, after several miles running, the shoes don't really work for you, you can bring them back and exchange them.

I was in horrible pain when I limped into the Alpharetta location. Bryce went WAY above & beyond to help me and I left practically in tears ( happy) with new shoes and gratitude toward such an amazing employee. Thank you Bryce! Big Peach is the best. I’ve been buying shoes from them for years. A great pair of running shoes isn’t cheap but getting a pair that is just right for you makes every run more enjoyable and injury-free.

What a great selection of shoes and a friendly staff! The foot mechanics treadmill is also a really cool feature to help pinpoint the best shoes for you. This is a great store for serious runners and beginners alike.

I visited Big Peach Running in Alpharetta for some supportive shoes since I work on my feet all day long. I ended up buying a pair that turned out to really hurt my feet even though I alternated the new shoes with the ones I had currently been wearing for a few days in order to get used to them. After bringing them back to the store less than a week later, the staff did a re-evaluation of the fit of my shoes and determined I needed a wider shoe. After trying on a few different pairs they exchanged the old ones for free. Their extensive knowledge and patience to make sure that you are in the correct shoe made for an exceptional customer experience. They went above and beyond and I would recommend this location to anyone in need of a proper fitting shoe.

I was so impressed with this store. I'm a bargain shopper, so when my high school son recommended we visit Big Peach Running Co. because his school team receives a 10% discount, I was skeptical. The saleswoman took video of my son running, and noticed that he landed incorrectly in his stride. The saleswoman (I'll add her name later because she was so thoughtful) recommended a shoe to help correct my son's form/stride. When I returned home and started reading online about his issue, the shoe she recommended was the absolute best shoe to wear to help correct his problem. They really know what they're doing at Big Peach Running Co. I know a lot of people who have permanent damage to their feet and legs due to wearing improper shoes. Honestly, that could have been my son if I wouldn't have listened to him. I would have thought a nice shoe on the sales rack at Nordstrom Rack or REI would have done the job, and now I know I was wrong. Thank you, Big Peach!!

Visited on Monday to find some new shoes for nursing. Paige was so helpful and offered numerous options and advice to find the best pair for my needs. Most shoe stores don’t offer anywhere near this level of service anymore and I will be back for all of my work and athletic shoe needs. Definitely recommend them.

I desperately needed a new pair of running shoes and I never have time to go shopping between work and kids. It was 7:45pm and I found the last pair of Saucony's in my size in stock. I called them and the kind woman answered and helped me confirm they were in stock. She said that they closed at 8pm and it was 7:53pm. I told her I'd be there in 10 minutes and I ran out the door. When I got there the lights were out and the door was locked. I thought I missed my chance. I knocked on the door for some last ditch effort and she came out from behind the back. She had them on the counter for me and reopened the register to sell me the shoes. I could not be more grateful for her help as I was about 6 months overdue for new running shoes. I am a business owner myself and know that Big Peach is successful because of team members who understand the value of customer service. I'm forever a fan of Big Peach and will tell all my friends! Thank you to the woman working tonight who took the extra effort to make a customer happy!

I was very satisfied with my visit to fined good walking shoes. The personal made it a great experience. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the difference in each shoe that I tried. They took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel that I was being rushed. I will definitely return.

Needed new running shoes for my HS runner. Greeted as we entered, asked what we needed and had personalized attention from that point until we made our purchase. Found the perfect pair for her after trying on a number of different options. They were patient, knowledgable and friendly. What more could you ask for?

Stopped in because my usual running shoes were getting up there in mileage. I was hoping to find some trail runners to rotate in. Lucas helped me find the perfect pair of Brooks! He was super patient and knowledgeable as I went through the grueling process of selecting new shoes and a few pairs of socks. For each concern I had, Lucas offered a different model for specific reasons. He and his teammates are clearly running footwear experts. I highly recommend this store for all of your running needs.

I love this store. I have so many foot problems and the Alpharetta team helps me navigate the complex options for the best results and comfort. Finally, a retail store that is hospitable, skilled, trained and customer-focused. YAY!

Awesome, super friendly crew working there, incredibly flexible, always trying to help customers and ensure their satisfaction. Heck, I don't even run much and the shoes they have are absolutely incredibly.

This is by FAR the best running shoe store company in the city of Alpharetta. I recommend this to anyone that hasn't been there before. They have other stores in the Greater Atlanta Area so go check them out too if their closer than this one.

I've never been to a shoe selling shop until my partner took me a couple weeks ago. I've been running a little while and didn't realize how much the shoes are a necessity.
The moment we walked in the door we were treated with hospitality and were attended one on one with a employee.
She gave me the pressure test and videoed me running up and down the store. My form is sloppy lol so she suggested a modified fit to help with my stride. Worked amazingly. My partner and I both got a pair.
They were patient and attentive to our needs and honestly was the best shoe buying experience I've ever had. So we'll be going back eventually.
