The biggest Kroger supermarket in Atlanta. The store is so spacious, clean and well organized. This store sells many products and look out for products at discounted rate. They also sell good varieties of cakes. Their Deli section is very good. Compared to other Kroger stores, I have visited this store sells more varieties of products.

My Kroger is the 12870 Hwy 9 location.
My Kroger is the best! I enjoy shopping at my Kroger because this Kroger is very well organized, always well stocked, the staff are genuinely helpful and I always find what I need! However, the best part of my Kroger are the staff…in particular Tony. He always goes above and beyond with the customers and his peers.
Thank you,
Jeannette

Clean and always fully stocked. We have been bringing our family to this location for over 3 years. Generally we are there at least once per week so we have been able to see first hand the consistency of the staff at this location. The store is always clean and stocked. We especially appreciate the folks in the deli as we always take their time by ordering so much Boars Head. Staff is also very helpful so feel free to ask for help!

So yesterday I blasted the Kroger on Old Alabama because the staff was rude and they would not open a checkout lane when I had 70 items with a lot of produce, it took me 20 minutes to check out because I had to weigh everything

So today I am at the Kroger on highway 9 near Windward and the same thing only self-checkout was open but I simply asked the employee if there's a way to open a register because I had 75 items with a lot of produce and he said absolutely come down to register nine his name was michael, nicest kid in the world and then malu came over and started bagging for me and I was done in less than 5 minutes. Isn't it amazing how I was treated differently at the same exact branded grocery store?

The answer is leadership... Whoever is managing this location has the respect of his team... they will probably do any thing for him or the customer because they care about their jobs .

Clean and modern. I love the olive bar. The store is well stocked and with good appearance and presentation. Had no issues with staff, however, nobody talked to me either. Overall, good and clean store and found everything that I was looking for and I will definitely shop this Kroger again if in the area.

Quite possibly the nicest Kroger I have ever visited! The employees are friendly and very helpful, the products are well stocked and the store is very clean. I especially love the vast cooking / baking supply isles filled with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, small appliances and everything else I could imagine needing in a kitchen - all at very good prices! I also love coming here because the store is never crowded - I came here on Thanksgiving Day to get a few things I needed last minute expecting the place to be crazy but the store was well staffed and I didn't have to wait in line for more than 2 minutes. Not every Kroger I have shopped at have been so pleasant - thank you for going above and beyond to help your customers at this location :)

This Kroger is a good place to shop if you know what you are doing and don't like dealing with crowds.

I've shopped here for nearly 5 years and half the people complaining about in these reviews failed to mention that about a year or 2 ago, this kroger started undergoing renovations and rearranged many shelves while they were at it. It has been frustrating to re-map the store especially when they moved things every couple of weeks during the worst of it, so I understand their venting, but context is important here too. I think they are mostly done now, and I've readjusted and I can zoom in and out in minutes. I think the new layout actually makes a lot of sense: OJ belongs next to the fruit and vegetables, not the milk and dairy, stuff like that.

I generally don't need any assistance, but the few times I do, the people who work the self checkout know me and are friendly, as well as quick and efficent. The people here are so nice that a couple of times when I underestimated the weight of my haul, employees have saved me and my stubborn pride by handing me a cart! They are super nice people like that.

Sometimes the line does get backed up if you come at high traffic times. The line moves decently fast though and about 99% of the time, all machines are working, unlike some other places where multiple machines are out of commission for various issues for weeks at a time.

I buy the basics and walk out with 100% of my grocery list nearly every time so I think some of the other reviewers must have long list of really niche items.

The bathrooms are a little small, dark, and gross looking, something to do with the color scheme and lighting I believe, and only worth using when you are very desperate.

I think one of the better aspects of this Kroger is that everyone comes here to get their grocery shopping done and that's about it, unlike at the walmart across the street where I've had some less savory encounters. In fact, sometimes, I have nice comfy chats with nice people here and we trade tips on where to find things or swap carts/baskets to help each other out.

The best thing about this kroger is the deals. I've seen and bought like <$5 metal and glass water bottles, $3 big pool gear, <$15 big slow cookers, $7 coffee machines, 1/2 cooking utensils, etc. You name it, it and this Kroger probably has that stuff on sale at least once every year. A lot of stuff I buy on sale to the point that even the employees stare at my haul in envy sometimes, asking where to find this or that, and my grocery bill doesn't hurt from my random impulse buys. Best Kroger ever!

Needless to say I shop at Kroger often as one of the grocers in my rotation. I just had to leave a review and compliment my clerk Angela and the bagger assisting her, Dajour. They were both so very kind and pleasant. Especially being busy with it being Thanksgiving week. Dajour was so friendly and greeted me as soon as I was to the register. Customer service is more important in today’s society more than ever. Thank you!!

The evening store manager, Neil was very kind and helpful to me when my giftcard wouldn’t work at the pump. I so appreciated him going above and beyond for me. He empathetically listened and apologized for the system limitations.

Best Kroger I've ever been to. Retains the old, retro styles from my youth 20+ years ago and has a vast selection of deli, sodas, candy, magazines, etc. Always a great stop in when I'm in the area.

I have been shopping here for over a decade. They pick terrific associates to work here. Always friendly, helpful and at the same time not pushy. Great selection and better selection than Wal-mart and easier to find items and unique items. Best gas prices in the area!! I strongly recommend :)

Good grocery store with good prices. Open late to 1am most nights and on most holidays which is useful for when I forget things I need for holiday dinners. The gas station is normally one of the cheapest in the area too outside of the extra low prices at Costco. Make sure you are a Kroger Plus member when you shop here or you are losing out on money.

Easy to find items needed and like using our Kroger plus card. Aisles don't seem as tight as the Kroger where we used to shop.

Well organized, fresh produce, wide variety of products. Staff at counters and assistance are friendly. Competitive prices. Huge collection of seasonal products. Like the bakery section for the taste and art on cakes.

All three Kroger employees extremely helpful. Phamacist took time aside busy period to explain wife's prescription, floor stocker went to back off store to get product I had missed, cashier put in Kroger card I'd instead of telling me to push customers bagging groceries out of way to put code in myself, a really ludicrous system!

I shop here all the time, and I like this one the best out of all the ones I visit. It's always well stocked, and everyone is always super nice. Dwana is awesome (always has something nice to say!) and she always brightens my day!
