Awesome customer service! Had a great experience at this location shopping for my daughter's 8th grade dance. All of the ladies went over and beyond to help us and my daughter left feeling like a princess! Thanks a million!

my sister was looking for a dress for a gala. These lady’s were so helpful and pulled a dress straight out of the shipment box that we ended up purchasing. The girls were almost as excited as we were and it was such a fun experience!

I just had to write a review of this place, 2yrs in a row being spot on!!!! First, let me say this, we were out school shopping at Perimeter Mall the week before and when I walked into that store, I couldn't believe it was the same company. The selections were just thrown together and the store was cluttered. I couldn't and didn't see anything we thought was appropriate for the occasion. So we returned to the North Point Mall store that my daughter bought a dress at last year for a party she had to attend. Upon entering, immediately I could see two options in which one we purchased. This store's floor set is impeccable, you can see so many options and styles. I use to work in retail so I know about floor sets. I am pleased to know that I can always walk into the North Point Windsor store and have complete satisfaction. I applaud the manager and staff at this store!!!!

Ok. Uniqua literally saved the day! We are out of town as guests of a family friend’s wedding traveling by road.

Literally the only thing I asked my husband to help me with was the wedding attire all hung together near the front door (as to not forget it- bless his heart!) He got all the five suits of our family of six packed into our van but left behind MY DRESS!! (Maybe because it blended in with the blinds or wasn’t in a big, black bag??) I found out last night checking into a hotel for the night wanting to hang up all our wedding gear. The wedding is TODAY with still hours of commute, hotel search/check-in and getting ready as things to factor in let alone dress shopping!

Anyway, long story short. I filled Uniqua and Aqsa in as soon as I arrived to their store with a list of style numbers ready in my phone. She wasted no time, searched up any dresses that would be in store and helped pick out some more! It was just such a relief and pleasure to have someone quick on her feet and pleasant to aid in a moment of panic! She had me in and out in half an hour. Thank you, thank you to these two women!! I 100% recommend coming to this store and having Uniqua help search for the perfect dress/attire for your occasion! (I bought two of one she picked out!!)

Cute quality clothes at a great price. The outfits are not for everyone, but great for a concert, night out or that special event or occasion. I have bought quite a few dresses for holiday parties and weddies here. They hold up well and always got me compliments.

Just had the BEST experience today while shopping for a dress for my daughter for Homecoming!! Not only do they have a great selection of dresses and shoes at reasonable prices, but the staff is awesome! Asia, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and beyond sweet! Highly recommend and will definitely shop there again in the future!

Let me just say that Uniqua never fails! I've been here several times but most recently for an outfit for the Beyonce concert. She is always on point and extremely helpful! Her willingness to help you find the perfect outfit is unmatched. Thank you so much Windsor and Uniqua! Now I'm concert Ready!

I went to the Windsor at north point and Asia was so helpful and had the best attitude. She made my experience at Windsor so enjoyable. Will definitely go back again because of the experience with Asia!

Great selection of women's formal dresses. I was looking for a dress to wear for my engagement photos and found the perfect one. You can find things for high school and college formals, bachelorette parties, nights out at the bar/club, and even everyday outfits here. The prices are super reasonable and in my experience, the quality is excellent as well.

OMG!!! The absolute, BEST shopping experience I've ever had in my entire adult life. Sales associate Brittany Johnson was phenomenal!!! She was super professional and extremely knowledgeable of the material in the store. She helped me put together a few outfits that I'm simply amazed by. I wouldn't have even thought to put these garments together. This was my first time visiting this store and I will definitely be returning with friends thanks to Brittany's advice. The set up of the store is nice and neat. Very clean with great lighting. Clothes weren't all over the floor and everything was in order. Great items, clean store, and even better customer service. You can't go wrong with that. Brittany, thank you so much for all of your help and I'll be seeing you again.

Asia and Patricia were so much help!!! Have an event this weekend and waited last minute to find a dress and accessories! Asia helped me from dress to shoes to clutch!! Will be back for all my last minute events and more! :)
