The staff is so helpful, gracious, and knowledgeable! I love shopping here. I can always find what I need in my size and color. They have a wide variety and if they don't have your color or size, it can be ordered and shipped to your home. They make it easy for you.

We just purchased a new suit for my husband and Thaddeus in the men’s department was super helpful, nice and suggested the perfect extras to go with it. As I told Thaddeus, we keep coming back to Dillards because of people like him - both of us have gone to Dillards to dress us for the major events in our lives. The store has quality apparel and their personnel make such great suggestions. Thank you Thaddeus - for all of your help!

Ms. LeAnn in Dillard's Women was amazing. I was there with my Mother, Sisters and my daughter. She was so helpful with our purchases. This happened in a 2 days time. Will be going back❣

Ok best shoe variety and the kind that are well made, a little pricey but in my opinion some things are worth spending on a little more. Clean and organized and unique finds in the womens apparel department. Got some really nice purses too.

My mom and I went here to get some Lancôme products, and Cynthia was so great!! We left with more products that my mom had been looking for and she was helpful in educating us on the steps for the product and setting us up for success. 5 stars for Cynthia at Lancôme!!!!

Every staff member greeted me with a warm smile and asked if I wanted assistance with looking for items. I must say to ask for Michael in shoes. He was the best salesman in the department. Let's just say that I left with 4 pairs of shoes when I did not intend to purchase any of them. I love each pair. Michael is the BEST!

Have not been to the mall in years and decided to walk the mall after lunch on this day. We went to Dillard's and spoke with a representative in the bedding section. She was great and personable. They were having a sale and we are going to purchase a bedding set...it's a bit pricy but with the sale, it was comparable to other stores of this size and style.

This is specifically a review of the children’s shoe department... We had a GREAT experience. The girl that was working that day was holding down the whole department alone, but she was kind and patient with my son (20 months) and did her best to get to every customer quickly. I hate to pay retail for things they will outgrow so quickly, but I would definitely give them my business again!
