Meineke Car Care Center

I've used Meineke for the last 10 years. The staff is always very polite and helpful. They have specials/coupons frequently. But the thing I love most about Meineke is they NEVER try to upsell me. They tell me if they see something that might eventually be a problem, which is appreciated, but I'm never pressured to buy anything. I'm planning on being their customer for another 10 years!

Very friendly service. They charged my AC. They did give recommendations on other work but did not pressure me to have it done like other chain shops do. This location focuses on Great customer service.

As always, Meineke In Peachtree City, GA are always informative, attentive, and skillful to get the job done. Eric always make sure he gets my commercial vehicles in and out and with his high skilled technicians I alway leave feeling like I'm driving a new vehicle. Thanks for being consistent.

I normally don't give reviews because I'm not easily impressed. But my experience with this business was splendid and grand and I wanted to express my gratitude. The manager treated me as if I was their only customer...Once they started working on my vehicle he was in constant communication with me with an update, status, and suggestions, he was not trying to sell me or advise me to get a repair that I did not need or required. But instead he gave me a timeline on when I should complete additional needed repairs and maintenance.
This manager(Erick) had integrity, courteousness, professionalism, understanding and compassion. While this is a rare find. Unlike a lot of other auto repair businesses whose bottom line and priority is CASH...Not ensuring the customer's great and excellent experience and satisfaction. I'm considering making this shop my go to mechanic.

The Meineke manager Erick demonstrated exceptional professionalism, offering helpful answers to my car-related questions. Their polite demeanor added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend their service.

Service was so good with my company car I took my personal truck in to have some maintenance work done, and once again Eric and his team delivered exceptional customer service and quality repairs.

Awesome team of mechanics. They knew exactly what I needed, checked over the car completely and sent me the report from the mechanic. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their cars.

Had made appointment was there a little early, went right to doing the alignment. The shop manager was very nice we talked about cars. The tech was nice did great job

Great place for Car Care. We were greeted pleasantly, immediately upon arrival. The service was complete faster than promised, and done with great care. Several little touches made this a great interaction. Things were done right the first time and as part of the standard service level. We will be back.

Did an amazing job getting some locked lug nuts off that I didn’t have the key for. They’ve got a great team at this location!

Most professional service establishment I have visited in a long time period. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and personal, so the customer and the company is getting taken care of. Service staff, in the entirety to the newest member there, appear to be looking to establish returning customers to be the higher P&L discussion point at regional level.

The staff is friendly and professional. The work is good and they give you a lay out of what needs to be done with the estimates so that you know how much you are paying up front.

Hassan was very helpful and friendly. I was greeted by another employee in the back office. No pressure on recommended work. Thank you for the windshield wipers. Tested out on the way home and they are a big improvement over my old ones.
