Needed a new television and I was able to get any and all of my questions answered. The sales reps were very helpful, knowledgeable and truthful. I was on the verge of buying a new Samsung TV brand new but the service rep told me about TCL and suggested I purchase one of those so I did. And I’m glad I listened to him I love my new television! They were also able to get my Open Box (New To Me) TCL 55’ in. Into my four door Honda Civic and I was able to get it out of my car and set up in my home with no damage to the box or TV screen! I made sure I purchased the five year warranty plan and not the two year warranty this time.

I want to praise Associate Mr. Chris at the Checkout/Store Pick Up line as he has always given me excellent customer service every time I go to this location. I went to Best Buy yesterday to pick up an iPad I purchased online and when I got there, he greeted me with a friendly smile! Thank You for the excellent customer service!

Used the Geek Squad. My macbook pro laptop had locked up on the start screen and I have the yearly tech support/warranty plan and they salvaged all the data on a bad hard drive. Cost me the $50 for the new hard drive and they transferred everything over. Excellent service done in 2 days. Dropped it off on a Wed and ready on Friday. Thank You!

Great customer service AJ helped my sister with her television purchase the day after thanksgiving and I purchased a magnetic phone holder for my car. AJ was very helpful with the television purchase. My sister was indecisive and he explained the differences with patience.

As long as there is staff present someone will help you. But finding them on the floor isn’t always possible. I went to the Newnan location to view stereos on active display and they seem pretty beat up.

Came in looking for some headphones which unfortunately they did not have in stock, but they did let me know that another store has them, I also came in to get my antivirus software reloaded on my computer and was able to take care of that, Bryant Rosser in Geek Squad did a wonderful, quick and thorough job.

First, what a deal on a car stereo for my old vehicle.. Secondly what a deal with free instillation. Thirdly, Ashley, the technician was awesome. Fourth, the stereo in the car sounds amazing and it's hands free! Finally the entire process took less than an hour. WOW.. GREAT JOB!

I always shop Best buy when I can but the one here in town locally is awesome! They still have great service and everyone is super helpful. I typically purchase their total tech package for the year which also makes it super helpful if I need any computer help or have trouble with any of my technology. I can easily set an appointment and they are very capable of getting things fixed and working again. I totally recommend Best buy in Peachtree City

We had two curbside orders placed within 10 minutes of each other the night before. I received a text saying one was ready and I mistakingly assumed they both would be. We arrived an hour later and one item was not ready. In order to get it them, we had to cancel our order and walk inside and purchase in the store. In prior experience at other stores, an in-stock item could be picked up within an hour of placing the order, or if it wasn't ready when you arrived, they bumped it to the head of the cue. We were the only car at the curbside with very few cars in the lot. I'm hoping it was a new seasonal worker.
At any rate, we love the TV and we absolutely loved the price. I thought about doing 4 stars, but in the end, since the store was empty, it took very little time to purchase so nothing was really lost.

Store good, was blackfriday, they manage to make it easy to shop.

Excellent shopping experiences buying a new Onkyo receiver. Gentleman at the door had an associate locate the item quickly, and I was out the door. Cashier was super cool as well.

Bought several high-end electronics and always had an easy time picking up. Usually the only Best Buy that had stock in what I needed.
