As an attorney, I have had the opportunity to visit numerous UPS Stores throughout my career and I must say, this particular location deserves a special mention. The variety of services offered at this store has made my life so much easier - from document binding to notarization, shipping to Amazon returns, everything is just a few steps away.

The manager is a real ninja when it comes to handling crowds, with the skills to match - cartwheels, backflips, and even ninja stars (just kidding, of course!). This team of people make it a real pleasure to ship. Everytime I walk in the door, they greet me and are sincerely some of the kindest people that I interact with during my day. I am in the location almost everyday and the level of service stays consistently fantastic. I am grateful to have them in the Bubble!

I truly enjoy coming to this UPS Store. I love the employee's energy especially Tina. She's a breath of fresh air! She seems to be sooooooo very genuine to all customers no matter what. I choose to come to this store because of the 2 of them. Absolutely appreciate them!

We use them for Amazon, Zappos, every form of commerce you can imagine. We come in at all hours. We have been so impressed with the quality of service and care this team consistently shows. They printed our graduation and prom banners. Great store. Thank you so much!

Kina Williams, I sincerely apologize. You are correct. I did more investigating and realized I posted a review of the incorrect UPS Store. The location I intended to review is located inside of the Kedron Village Shopping Center next to Krogers.

Great store and excellent customer service. I use them all the time for Amazon and Zappos returns. They also do a great job of printing pictures of my grandbaby on canvas.

Kina and her staff recently printed thank -yous , posters , drink signs, tik taks , , kid packets and everything we needed for our daughters wedding !! It was a pleasant relief to know that this was something I didn’t have to worry about and it was going to be done to perfection. The quality of the items printed, and the professionalism of the staff was so much appreciated during this time in our life.. I would definitely trust Kina and her staff with all of our printing and shipping needs.

I have always been treated courteously and professionally at the Line Creek store. It’s the only one we use. I most recently interacted with Kina and she was so helpful and pleasant.

They are always fast and friendly. I appreciate them being open on Sundays. That is a big help.

This store has a different atmosphere than most UPS stores. Everyone there is friendly and seems glad to see me. I will go out of my way or wait till I'm near then to do my UPS business. So glad they opened.

Tina was incredibly helpful! I have been having issues (not with ups) on trying to get passport pictures and Tina was quick to help me! I am extremely satisfied and will make sure to go to this ups location for my shipping needs!

I love this place! The people who work here are happy and helpful. I learned more about my Amazon returns so I can make sure they're packaged properly from their staff. Their hours and location are fantastic, too.

Best Customer Service EVER! I had like 10 packages, some already labeled, some not. They were awesome! I had to purchase several envelopes to ship small items. They accommodated EVERY need, and did so without making me feel like I was intruding or like they didn’t want to help. They were very kind and wanted to help me in every way possible. They even took my packages that were USPS so I didn’t have to go to the Post Office. How awesome is that! Love these guys and I will definitely be back! A+++
