We are very picky on customer service. Without doubt Dr Roof and quality control Mgr Denis Varela delivered. His communication skills. hard working team of 9 workers arrived early and finished the job well before expected. Not only did Denis help out and oversee all but i as the homeowner did same. Not one complaint delivered as promised.. yes our family has used them 3 times and will continue to do so ref the outstanding customer service!! Not a fly by the night scam company!

I had a small leak at a dryer vent and wanted to have a new dryer vent installed. It was a small job, but due to the height and slope of the roof, I needed to have a professional do the work. Dr. Roof responded quickly and sent out a technician in a timely manner.

He did the job, took pictures throughout the process so I could see the actual work. They did a great job for a fair price. I would highly recommend them to others.

Used Dr. Roof 8 years ago when no one else would patch my roof. So when it was time after storm damage Dr. Roof came through! They worked directly with my insurance company handling all the details. The roof needed to be brought up to code. They got the additional supplement approved and paid by my insurance company.

Prior to the job, contact was made and the process was laid out to me. I was kept in the loop every step of the way.
I had a new driveway so they brought a dumpster with tires so my driveway would not be damaged. Took time to put the materials down gently. Arrived and finished on time with 100% cleanup.
They kept me informed! I spoke with the site manager prior to the job who explained the process. Wonderful communication and transparency with everyone I dealt with at Dr. Roof.
My experience is that I worked with a top trier roofing company, that knows and understands all the ends and outs of putting on a quality roof, dealing with insurance companies, an keeping the homeowner informed.

I had a leak on my ceiling, needed a roof repair. Received 3 quotes, and Dr. Roof gave me the best quote and came out in a timely manner. This is my second time using them, and am very satisfied with their services. Our technician was Sean Fleming, and he did an awesome job. Came promptly and got the job done quickly.

Dr. Roof made the repair that I requested, did a great job, was very timely, and left a clean work area, and explained their pricing. I had previously called another company that would only give me an estimate for an expanded set of work. I would definitely use Dr Roof again.

DR Roof replaced our roof about 15 years ago with an excellent "+" job. About 3-5 years later we had an issue with a nearly flat portion that had a type of roll roofing on it that had begun to shift. I called and they replaced it with new material and no charge. This year we noticed a small leak coming from a valley that was not their fault but they quickly had a repair completed with a. new and improved material along with many new matching shingles for a surprisingly small fee. Now this is a company that I can believe in and proud to recommend to family and friends.

Due to the excellent service I received with Dr Roof for a previous roof repair on my rental house, I decided to hire them a second time. There was no surprise to me that the roof replacement was done with the same excellence, expertise, and professionalism. The supervisor Brandon informed me of any new issues with my roof during the process. They left the premise in better shape than when they started. The pictures were a good quality. First time Dr Roof put a roof on my house was 27 years ago. They were great then, better now. I had gotten four detailed roof estimates from four different companies. I had a large tree branch fall on my roof putting a whole in the roof and a large gash in the underlying plywood. My son directed me to Dr. Roof to inspect it and give a proposal for the repair. Drew, the representative from Dr. Roof, and his team were thorough, prompt, courteous, communicative and reliable. I will recommend Dr. Roof to anyone who is in need of roof repair. I also was pleasantly surprised at the VERY reasonable cost of the repair. I am grateful for their team and their service.

Not happy with the look of the replacement shingles. I think there could have been a better job of matching. I didn't expect it to be the same but at least in the brown family.

Update: Was contacted by customer service and shingles were replaced with a color closer to the original. It is good to know some companies read the reviews and try to make it right.

Great company to work with! Stan Albuquerque was EXCELLENT with handling things with my insurance company, he is amazing. Denis Varela was the supervisor of the Crew doing the full roof repair. He and the crew were wonderful and got the job done in one full day for me. From start to finish and the clean up was great also. Thanks so much for an excellent job and experience getting it done.
