Being an adult athlete, I've had my fair share of physical therapy, but this time was different. After my second ACL and meniscus surgery, I knew I needed someone top-notch, and Beth Patton fit the bill perfectly.

She is experienced and caring. Rehab is always hard, physically and mentally, but everything felt easier this time. My recovery time was way faster.

She's like the PT guru, guiding me through everything with a mix of professionalism and warmth. You just know she's always got your back, doing what's best for you.

If you need physical therapy, I can't recommend Beth Patton enough. She's the real deal, and thanks to her, I'm back on track and feeling better than ever!

This is a great team of therapists that really care about their patients and getting good outcomes. Beth Paton is an Exceptional PT. She has magical hands and was able to tremendously help me with my shoulder pain. When I started therapy, I was having a lot of pain and limitations in my daily tasks and things I enjoyed. After PT with Beth, I had minimal to no pain and I am able to do everything that I need to and want to. Best PT ever!!!! I recommend her and this team.

I loved my experience here (for my rotator cuff) and am referring my husband here for his knee issues. Everyone (front desk and PT staff - Julie, Beth, Savannah) were all so friendly and I enjoyed chatting during my sessions. Big thanks to Beth and staff! My experience has been wonderful so far. Beth is very attentive and very good at what she does. My lower back has been bothering me for months and I am noticing a big improvement since I started going to Results PT. I am learning so much every time I go for my sessions. Savannah has been helping me with the workout routine I do at the clinic in a fun and engaging way.

The team at Results PT in Alpharetta are great. Beth is extremely proficient as a physical therapist. Savannah is great at keeping me on task. I have been to this location on several occasions and they always have me feeling on top of the moon when I'm done.

Had arthroscopic knee surgery and needed physiotherapy. Decided to go to here due to the high ratings. So glad I did! I've had physio before at two other clinics and this was by far the best and most thorough treatment and follow up I've ever had. Beth and her team are all outstanding and work in harmony to provide the best service, so caring and they make it joyful. Beth's skill as a physiotherapist is the best I've ever seen. She has so much knowledge and truly understands her craft and can read her patients well. Highly recommend!

My experience with Results PT has been outstanding. Beginning with Julie, the office coordinator, who works to schedule or reschedule appointments to best accommodate what works for me. Then there is probably one of the best Physical Therapists I have ever worked with - Beth Paton. She has helped me identify multiple target areas that have been ongoing issues and create an action plan that I can implement with her guidance as well as on my own. I actually enjoy going to Results PT and have seen improvement!! Highly recommend!

Beth is a God send! I was recommended to go see her by my daughter’s friend who had seen her as well. Totally get why! She’s a miracle worker! I had compression of two disks in my neck and it was causing such immense pain in my neck and shoulders. Beth was able to help with the pain and give me some helpful exercises to do at home. Can’t recommend her enough!

I’ve had 2 knee replacements and highly recommend this business. The professionals here have been right there with me through every step of my strengthening and recovery. Beth and Carmen are consistently challenging me, and we see improvement at each session. Julie at the front desk is welcoming and organized. I’m excited to move on to pain free knees!

Results PT is the best! Everyone is friendly and kind and fun to work with. Here PT didn’t feel like a chore! I also learned a lot from Beth Paton. She is an excellent therapist and also gave great advice on how to incorporate good body mechanics on a day to day basis.

I’m sending my husband and everyone I know with a PT need to Results Physiotherapy. Beth has made such a big improvement in such a short period of time. My pain level and mobility and range of motion are much better than I expected going in to PT. The manipulations are giving me even better results than my chiropractic adjustments. Beth is coaching me on best practices to make new habits for my at home exercises. Even when I miss my goals she’s encouraging and helps me adapt to where I am and incrementally improve. And over the weeks Beth has been available to help me tweak a few things when I run into challenges or improve faster than expected.

I give Results PT-Alpharetta 10 stars! I have already referred my daughter to them for help with a strained muscle. The entire team is phenomenal, and they all help each other out. It's like a family in there, and they treat you like part of the family too. When you are in pain that extra care is so important. I hobbled into their office on a can after being rear-ended in a car accident and practically danced out at the end. My primary therapist was Beth Paton. I found her to be very impathetic to my pain, but she would also push me when needed. In addition, she was so knowledgeable about the body and all the different ways to help me relieve my pain. Beyond just the normal exercises, she did manual massage, stim, cupping, and dry needling on my back. I feel like she was really committed to helping me achieve my goals. My back is all better now, but I have a knee surgery coming up soon, so I will definitely be back to work with Beth and the team on my knee recovery. If you are in any kind of pain just go!

Most helpful PT with all therapists. Very encouraging as you move forward in progress. I have osteoarthritis that is so painful. They have helped reduce my pain level. I am waiting on a hip replacement. They are building my upper body strength to help in recovery. I highly recommend this group. Beth, Carmen, Ginny have been a blessing to me both mentally and physically. Julie at front desk is on top of scheduling and also welcoming and efficient.
