Bonner Built is awesome!!!

Following a weeks’ worth of research on local roofers (price quotes, availability, online reviews - lots of reviews) I called Jason Bonner and had an appointment a few days later. Mrs. Dee arrived at my home and quickly got down to business surveying the roof via her drone (SO COOL!!!). That was one powerful drone!! It was major windy and cold that day but Dee maneuvered the drone perfectly over my home and captured detailed high-def images. Because of Dee and her teammate's exceptional details, care and honesty during the quoting phase, we hired Bonner to replace the entire roof as well as address some interior painting repairs.

Dee and her team stayed close to the project and communicated often during the entire effort. From 6AM-6PM the team worked to install the new roof. I watched the entire process from my car - the installation was highly choreographed (including which crew member had to get lunch).
A couple days later the painters arrived to paint the interior. They were super careful when entering/leaving (removing shoes every time) so as not to leave a single sign that they were in the house. Unbelievable care and attention to detail were made. Professionalism is very important to us and the painters exceeded our expectations in every way.

We have plans to use Bonner again for future projects (painting and gutters) once this COVID-19 issue is behind us or at least better understood.

Noah met with the adjuster on our behalf which made the insurance company's decision to replace easier. He came everyday and checked on the progress of the work. He came when the roofers finished up and collected any nails left in my driveway and surrounding the house which I greatly appreciate. Bonner Built is a stellar company, and I say that having dealt with several roofing and improvement companies over the past 33 years in our current Johns Creek home. The representative who made the entire process seamless and absolutely trouble-free was John Raines, an honest and really delightful young man. Very professional. The roofing team arrived on the scheduled day at 6:15 am and worked diligently and expertly until 8:15 pm. All day they worked with only a brief stop for lunch under a shade tree in our yard. We offered them beverages and the use of our home if they needed us, which they greatly appreciated. This is the third roof we have had installed over the years, but I must say -- Bonner Built provided the best workers, the most wonderful sales representative, and the most beautiful roof we have ever had. We enjoyed the entire process, from beginning to end. Thank you, Bonner Built. Without a doubt, we will recommend you highly to our friends and neighbors.

Posting a follow up from the original installation - Amazing Customer Service! I had a few minor issues and within a few days I had a repair person at my door. This company goes above and beyond the industry standard. I would highly recommend using Bonner Built for anything needed at your home.

I recently moved into my new house and thought I should have the roof inspected (it was last replaced in 2005) and I saw several signs from Bonnerbuilt in the neighborhood, so I called them. Jeff came over and found some hail and wind damage. He did all the work of contacting my insurance company and had it approved within days. He even recommended that I purchase pipe boots from Home Depot instead of getting them from his company, which saved me about $600,who does that!!! The crew came, and had the job done by 4 in the afternoon. They cleaned up everything! Not a nail to be found. Had a great experience working with Andrea and Matt Olsen from Bonner Built. They offered us a free inspection of our roof and found extensive storm damage. Their experience working with insurance companies was key as they not only secured a full roof replacement, but it included new gutters as well. They make the process very easy; are very communicative throughout the entire process, their crews are professional, their replacement offerings are quality and the roof looks great! Matt Olson from Bonner Built saved my house! While working on a neighbors roof he noticed that I needed a new roof. Shortly after, we had leaks from the roof. He worked with the insurance company and my PITA solar panel company to get everything in place. They came out and I had a new roof in a day! No leaks since ans the roof is beautiful. On top of that, they installed new gutters and gutter guards. I couldn't be happier with the results. Just a great job all around.

McKenzie stopped by and offered a free consultation after a recent hail storm. She felt like we should move forward with insurance to have the roof replaced. Farmers approved the roof replacement and around a month later we had a new roof. We had an issue on the first morning of install, where the roofers arrived and started work (removing shingles @ 7:00 AM), then picked up all their materials and left around 7:40 AM. I'm still not entirely sure why this happened but they came back the next day and finished the job. I recommended McKenzie and the Bonner Built team to my neighbors and to my family in town. Would work with them again.

We had Bonner Built replace our roof. They were organized, timely, efficient, and cleaned up very well. Materials and haul away dumpster arrived the day before the job started as was mentioned, and the job took under 2 days to finish completely. They replaced box ventilation and removed an old attic fan replacing it with ridgevent. We have already noticed our upstairs remains much cooler, and our AC unit working less throughout the day than prior to the install. Hire this company with confidence.

Noah Martin with Bonner Built inspected my roof and found significant hail damage. He provided an estimate and guided me through the insurance claim process. I didn’t have call my insurance company. They sent a representative out within a few days and approved my claim. Within a week, Bonner Built had a crew replace my roof in 1 day. Noah came back by for final inspection and ensure the job was done to my satisfaction.

We were very happy with the entire end to end experience offered by Bonner Built. We had our house roof completely redone and our sales representative, Matt Olson, was very responsive and communicated with us every step of the way so there were no surprises. Matt consulted with us early on and provided roof shingle and underlayment options to consider without pressure, which is always appreciated! The roofing crew were here on time as expected and work efficiently to get the job done, timely and with a focus on quality. We were also impressed with the clean-up after a major project as they left our yard, landscaping and driveway clear of all debris.
