I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! My daughter hasn't started preschool as yet, so there were many times that I had to bring her with me to PT. I love that the team here was so flexible with me and allowed me to bring her. It made a huge difference in being able to focus on scheduling treatment at a time that worked for my family's schedule. Every therapist is so professional. You can feel the team atmosphere from the moment you walk in. It is contagious. I've even had days where I've interacted with other patients. Everyone is always in such a great mood. This was the first time in years that I started to see some progress in a pain that's been torturing me for over a decade. PT Solutions really helped me to understand my pain and to look at it with a different perspective. It was truly eye opening. I highly recommend PT Solutions of Alpharetta!!! Thank you to every team member there. I'll miss you all when my time is up.

I have been going to PT solutions for about a year and a half and have nothing but great things to say about this location. Pam always stays on top of payments and insurance issues and is very professional and make sure the schedule is right. Shannon and Sarah Have been taking care of me as I went through pretty significant hip issues last year.

Then this year I had a total knee replacement and it was very painful and invasive. They were patient with me but push me hard and now my knee feels much better! They struck just the right tone with me making sure that I pushed myself And also coach me up on things like sleep and follow up exercises.

I can’t say enough good things about this location and I’m very happy I chose them!

I absolutely love PT Solutions team! The therapists, assistants, and front office staff are kind, accommodating, and easy to work with! In particular, shout out to Shannon for the tough love and really helping me heal stronger than before my neck surgery!

Sarah was my physical therapist, and she was absolutely outstanding!! She made me work hard, and she gave me lots of encouragement when I went beyond what was expected. The staff, especially Pam and Leslie, are extremely helpful, always with a smile in addition to their superb professionalism.

Excellent place to aid in the recovery of any physical issue requiring physical therapy. The staff is headed up by a Doctor (Shannon) and she keeps the atmosphere light and yet pushes me to attain a level that aids in my recovery. Highly recommend the entire staff, and “hats off” to the Doctors leadership abilities.

I saw Dr Shannon Wood for my foot and ankle. I thought I had plantar fasciitis but I had tendonitis. She's very knowledgeable and the whole staff is super nice. She can also do dry needling!

I came to PT Solutions after a bad experience with a different PT company. My general distrust of the PT profession runs deep. Many places will advertise that they do neuro PT but there is a difference between doing neuro PT and knowing neuro PT. Shannon Wood knows her neuro and she actually likes it! She’s not scared of it. She listens and is willing to try different things. She also doesn’t give up even when I get frustrated with myself. Hopefully this review helps someone else avoid the aggravation I went through so they can just skip other places and come to PT Solutions in Alpharetta.

All three of my physical therapists at PT Solutions in Alpharetta have helped me to regain mobility after a triple fracture. It is a long road for me, but they are so supportive and encouraging! They are attentive, professional and on time. I also can't say enough about the front desk! It is so easy to schedule appointments.

The care and therapy is amazing. I have had the opportunity to work with all Therapist and everyone goes above and beyond. Highly recommend PT Solutions Alpharetta for your therapy needs.

I've been coming here for over 6 months, and I can definitively say that I have yet to meet someone who is anything less than awesome! I highly recommend Shannon and Sarah who I work with the most, but dry needling with Shannon is my fave!

Lauren, Pam and all of the other staff at the Alpharetta PT solutions have been great. Very professional, very accommodating and the really take the time to listen to what you’re saying.

I've been going to PT solutions for ~5months seeing Shannon Wood and she is wonderful- extremely knowledgeable! This location offers dry needling which can be helpful depending on your condition. I've been getting dry needling for tendonitis. The hours of the practice make scheduling a breeze with options from 7AM until 6PM. PT Solutions has been critical in my recovery post shoulder surgery and I am happy I went with this company and Shannon specifically! The staff is all friendly and kind! In addition, there are flexible payment options which is very appreciated!

I love PT Solutions mainly because of my therapist Shannon who is so friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. She listens to my (the patients) needs and offers her advise. She explains each exercise how it will benefit my ankle and what muscles will be strengthening. The entire staff is very efficient and friendly.

A great place. I have gone there for my lower back, middle back, shoulders, and neck. All the therapist (and even the front desk people) are very competent, pleasant, and easy to work with. I can not imagine going anywhere else.
