Terrible service!!!!! I am so disappointed with the treatment I received here I have been coming to this place to do my taxes for more than 6 years so I called yesterday morning to see if I need to make a schedule an appointment before I came in the lady who answered the phone told me no you don’t need an appointment so I asked what time you closed she said 6 pm and I told her I can’t make it by 6 she was like don’t worry we still have people working until 7 as long as you get here by 6 they will see you so I was like how about Saturday do you guys see people and she was like no it’s busy that day so I was like ok thank you and hung up so I came in today and they said a very different story they do not see people at that time and it has to be by appointment only and they where so rude and denied there service and they said they close at 6 but if you google the business it says it closes at 7 so they are giving false information to customers. Its very disappointing thought they had better customer service.

Pésimo servicio !!! Tenía cita a las 4:30, dieron las 5:20 y aun no me atendían. Le repeti dos veces a la señora Nubia que tenía cita con ella y aun así me volvía a preguntar con quien tenía cita y no solo recibí un pésimo servicio de parte de ella, otros dos señores que trabajan ahí tienen muy mala cara especialmente uno sin cabello, fueron a buscar a un cliente por todos los carros que hasta molestaron a mi novio preguntándole que si era el el de la cita luego regresaron a mi a preguntarme que si el era mi novio. Definitivamente no vuelvo, fue una pérdida de tiempo.
