Absolutely fantastic!!! The staff was SO helpful and asked all the right questions to help us find our perfect bottle. They also specialize in wines without crazy additives and sulfates.

I'm new to wine but learning what styles and flavors I prefer. Fermented has several tastings to help you compare and identify what you prefer. Being in DT Alpharetta, I expected prices to be quite high, but I was really pleasantly surprised! Tastings were a very fair 20( +/-) and were so helpful to identify what we like and what we don't.

After our two tastings they asked us questions about our favorites to help select what bottle of wine we may enjoy for next time. Never pushy and incredibly helpful!!

They brought us a bottle that I was sure was going to be 50+...it was 30. Again incredibly reasonable!!

They sort their retail side by price and indicate tannin level right on the tag which is so helpful! They have a wall of wines under 30 with numerous under 20. They then have other sections up the price range to special events.

They had excellent suggestions and we will be back many times! This experience was incredibly helpful in our wine journey!

True hidden gem- if you’re even slightly curious about wine you owe it to come check this place out. The owner is usually on site, but honestly all of staff are incredibly knowledgeable and humble in helping you understand your palette and tastes, matching you to a wines(s) that you’ll love. They also have a tasting bar next door so you can sample on site by the glass or flight!

They emphasize clean and organic wines (I learned that wine is not regulated and of course do not disclose their ingredients), so if that’s important to you, this is the place to come try and/or buy - I’m a fan!

Wow! My daughters brought me here for the first time for a wine tasting and it was such a lovely time! Adam, the owner was amazing! The tasting room was closed due to a private event ( we didn’t know of course) and he made sure we were set up outside to have the perfect wine experience. The wines were wonderful ( I bought a bottle) and he described where the wines originated with a bit of enthusiasm that showed me how much he loved what he was doing. A must do if you are anywhere close to Alpharetta!

You will not find a better place to get wine or enjoy a flight!! I have known the owner Adam since it opened and he is an angel of a human. The amount of knowledge he has about wine and the collection he has available can’t be found anywhere! Can’t say enough. I love fermented. Kept me sane in the pandemic :)

We hosted a small group outing here and had such a wonderful time! From booking our event with the event coordinator to the actual wine tasting experience, everyone was so helpful and nice! Would highly recommend to anyone considering doing a tasting or event here. The wine selection was great! We ended up purchasing bottles to take home because we found ones we really liked. :)

Excellent wine shop. Great selection of natural wines (and more), staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and will get you what you want. You can call them, tell them what you want and your price range and then pick it up with no contact. Perfect for sheltering in place.

Our sommelier, Christian, was extremely awesome and knowledgeable about the various wines we tasted. The Pinot doppleganger was an interesting trip of the various wines that mirrored Pinot Noir. Great venue and will definitely return in the near future.

This is the best wine experience! Buying retail bottles or the events, they can do it all. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable, and they have a great selection of natural and family produced wines. Highly recommend!

Great addition to Alpharetta. This boutique wine shop has great hand selected wines from around the Napa valley area and around the World. Looking forward to one of the tastings they have during the week. Owner is really nice and helpful. Ask for guidance and they help you out find the perfect wine for you.

Husband and I enjoyed a couple wine flights. So fun, I really enjoyed learning the story behind each of these wines and I appreciate the organic and biodynamic approach these farmers take in their winemaking.
