Recently purchased a pair of shoes for myself at the North Point store and i had to replace them due to a defective sole in 3 to 4 months, they replaced me a new pair right away. I had to come back again after 2nd pair had defective sole coming apart. Happy to say "Sonny" remember me & replaced them again. Thank you !

I just called looking for the 57/40s unfortunately they do not have my size (it’s a damn popular shoe!) but the man on the line was so sweet and helpful! I feel like every new balance store I’ve called the customer service has been great. Y’all must hire good people!! Now I just need those 57/40s in an 8 and a half 😂

Very helpful staff! I was there to try New Balance shoes for the first time ever. Even though they were not to my taste the staff was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helped me understand which shoe would work best for me.

From the lady that answered the phone to the supervisor everyone in this store is nice, professional and takes care of their clients at the highest level possible! My podiatrist sent me here. Mark was amazing and took great care of me. I’d never consulted with anyone before when it came to buying shoes. Mark was very informative and knew exactly what I needed to resolve my on-going foot pain. Recommended a specific set of shoes and gave me several insert options. Hopefully this will lead to more relief moving forward.

I went in after the second day of my new job that requires standing all day after working from home for 2 years. I could barely stand. They were incredibly helpful. They did a 3D scan of my feet and ankles which showed how goofed up they were. They helped me find the best shoe for my new job and custom inserts to correct my goofy feet and ankles. It made all the difference in the world! I no longer have the pain I did the first few days. More than just a shoe store. It is a full foot service location!

I needed a professional fitting, suggestions for work shoes to help with standing on concrete and heel pain. Sonny did an excellent job finding the perfect fit for my feet. My current shoes were wrong size, width and style for my feet. He also was able to have them shipped to me within the week. My feet feel so much better! My Orthopedic doctor recommended that I purchase my new gym shoes from New Balance. I suffer with plantar fasciitis. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a welcome and a smile from Alyssa. After listening to my concerns, measuring my feet and stepping onto the foot scanner, Alyssa knew what shoe would be ideal for my feet. She was very patient as I tried on different sizes and walked in the shoes. I really appreciated her knowledge and patience. Plus, she was super kind and sweet to my younger daughter that was with me!! Thank you.

Great purchase! I’ve never had an experience like this purchasing shoes! The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the right shoe and insert for my walking style and feet. It’s been two months now and I can honestly say my ankles, knees, and back feel significantly better with his help. Incredible!

Excellent job! Bryan and Mark took great care to x-ray my feet and with special inserts compensated for the slight difference in my arches and different sizes of the two feet. (Yours are slightly different, too.) They even found a pair of extra-narrow, the first I've been able to find, and they fit like feet gloves. Perfect! Go see these folks. They'll even put your laces in flat.

My 90-year-old Mom needed shoes for walking. She can be a little cantankerous. Sonny spent at least 45 minutes with us to secure the best fit for her. The customer care and service were exceptional!

It was great. I have not been fitted in shoes for a long time and I was having trouble with my walking shoes and knew the fit was wrong even though they were a good name brand shoe. When I went into the store the person who helped me, first put me on a machine to find out what shape my feet were in and then he measured both feet to get an accurate size. What a difference it has made. We found out that i had fallen arches even though my instep is still high, and he fitted me in shoe specific to my needs. Walking is starting to be a lot less painful now! My feet are still healing but what a difference.

I have trouble with my feet. They hurt if I don't take care of them. Years of abuse...what can I say? No one worries about something that isn't bothering them. New Balance shoes are not the most stylish shoes around (I like Nike shoes), but they can diagnose your foot problems, pick a good shoe for the issue, and add special inserts to make your feet happy again. Not everyone needs an arch support, I don't. I needed a pressure relief insert that eases the pressure on my heel and the ball of my foot. My shoes make walking a joy again. I'm very happy with them. Take care of your feet; around age 65 everything starts complaining. 😉

This location provides exceptional service! I walked in was immediately greeted by every employee. Mark was the one to help me, and he definitely went above and beyond. I don’t think I’ve ever had better service for shoes! While waiting for my shoes, I noticed the store is well kept- everything is clean and organized. Highly recommend this location, I will definitely be back.

I bought the wrong shoe inserts so I went back after wearing them for about 10 days. The gentleman that helped me was fantastic! He got me into the right insert and even credited me the purchase of the wrong ones towards the cost of the new ones. I never expected that! Very impressed!
