They are friendlier than the last insurance agency I worked with where I just felt like another number in their list. Patin Agency made me feel valued and appreciated, like I was important to them. They also found a great deal for me on my homeowners insurance. I’d recommend them highly.

Great service! Very professional! I had to file a windshield claim so I called Ann Arcement. She called the claim office for me and conferenced me in right away. She was able to set up them to come replace my windshield within the same week it got damaged. I appreciate the prompt service and professionalism!
